| Abstract: | Compared with common university journals, there exist both generality and individuality in the editing and publishing of the journals of the military universities or colleges. Based on the characteristics of the military university journals, this paper holds that four issues should be stressed for the sustainable development of these journals: giving full play to the chief editor's role, maintaining the required secrecy, keeping the special features of the journals and ensuring the quality. |
