| 摘 要： | 保持编辑的独立性一直是国内外科技期刊遵循的基本准则.从《加拿大医学会杂志》编辑决策受到干扰、主编被无端解雇、编辑的独立性受到侵犯这一典型事件,探讨编辑独立性的含义以及如何正确处理编辑与期刊拥有者之间的关系.认为我国科技期刊编辑实现和捍卫编辑独立性的先决条件是提高自身素养并减少对审稿专家的依附.

| Abstract: | Keep editorial independence is one of principal guidelines followed by both domestic and oversea editors when they compile sci-tech periodical.This article will discuss the signification of editorial independence and how to properly deal the relationship with periodical owners,based on the event that the normal decision-making by editors of Canadian Medical Association Journal was interfered,editor-in-chief fired and the independence has been infringed.The author suggests that the precondition to guarantee editorial independence is to reduce editor's dependence to peer review's experts and improve themselves. |
