| 摘 要： | 青年作者是未来科研工作的骨干力量,其专业素质与写作能力与科技期刊的发展息息相关。编辑要重视培养青年作者,运用多种方式,加强对青年作者的写作指导。通过论文写作促进青年作者科研思维的形成及科研道德的建立,使青年作者得到快速成长,同时也为科技期刊的发展注入新的动力。

| Abstract: | Young authors are the key strength of future research work, and their professional competence and capability of paper writing are closely related to the development of sci-tech journals. Editors should pay more attention to cultivating young authors through multiple ways to enhance their ability of science writing. It is very useful to improve their scientific thinking abilities and ethics, and making them gradually become mature scientists. The cultivations also inject fresh vigor to the development of sci-tech journals. |
