摘    要:编辑群体结构能否做到优化,是保证科技学术期刊质量、建立品牌、不断创新的保障.在结构配置合理的编辑群体中,只要做到优势互补,使其每个编辑扬长避短,就能产生超过编辑个人能力总和的新的合力.这是一种不需要新的投资,仅仅通过优化组合就能获得的巨大财富.

Abstract:The optimization of the editing community essentially provides the guaranty to the quality, brand reputation and constant innovation of journals. A structurally well assigned editing community, under the condition of optimum mutual complementation, can give full display to the capacity of the individual editor and undermine his or her deficiencies, thus bring forth a combined power exceeding the total of the individual capacities. This is a tremendous wealth that requires no new investment but can be gained only with optimal combination.
