| 摘 要： | 本文作者联系长期从事高校图书馆工作的实际，以科学发展观为指导，阐述了6个观点：（1）创新发展是学校图书馆事业发展的第一要义；（2）以人为本是学校图书馆事业发展的核心；（3）核心竞争力是学校图书馆事业发展的根本；（4）全面协调是学校图书馆事业发展的需要；（5）可持续发展是学校图书馆事业发展的目标；（6）统筹兼顾是学校图书馆事业发展的趋势。
