| 摘 要： | 在现代图书馆的建设中,无论是图书馆外部造型,还是内部运作的管理及读者活动空间的使用,都有许多问题需要周密思考。如何使图书馆的建设既节能环保,又符合实际运作的要求,还能尽量避免设计缺陷给后期管理带来的问题,都是决策者需要慎重考虑的。本文拟通过对目前新建图书馆的设计与图书馆使用功能的思考,对现代图书馆的节能管理谈一点个人认识和想法。
