| 摘 要： | 根据正态分布的原理，以学术期刊为例，采用学科杰出期刊标准分来代替学科水平，即将各学科各指标转化为标准分，然后用前3位标准分的平均水平代表学科水平，再用TOPSIS进行评价。采用学术期刊代表学科水平是比较科学的做法。不同学科不可比的传统思维必须打破。在数据较少的情况下要慎用该方法。作为一种尝试，实证研究结果尚需进一步验证。

| Abstract: | Based on the normal distribution,the authors use the average standard score of the front 3 academic journals as the subject level,and then evaluate subject levels based on TOPSIS.It is a good method to evaluate subject level by excellent academic journals.It's possible to compare different subjects.This method should be carefully used while data is scarce.The empirical result is waiting for verification. |
