高校图书馆二阶段绩效动态评价研究

摘    要:目的/意义] 在当前协同创新的发展背景下,如何实现对本机构教学科研的有力支撑,为用户提供其所需的知识型服务,将成为评价高校图书馆绩效的重要内容.方法/过程]从信息服务和学术成果产出视角,将高校图书馆的服务过程分为前后相续的两个子系统,构建二阶段评价模型,分析2010-2013年我国22个重点高校图书馆两阶段的绩效变化.结果/结论]我国高校图书馆的二阶段绩效水平整体偏低;为提高图书馆绩效评价结果的现实意义,以二阶段TFP绩效变化趋势将高校图书馆分为4个类型,从而为高校图书馆提供一种可视化的绩效识别模式,突出管理决策的信息参考价值.

Abstract:Purpose/significance] Under the current development background of collaborative innovation, how to implement a strong support to the institution for teaching and scientific research, to provide users with the required knowledge service will become an important part of the performance evaluation of university libraries. Method/process] From the output perspective of information service and academic achievements, the university library's service process is divided into two sub-systems succeeding each other, building a two-stage evaluation model, two-stage performance changes of 22 key Chinese university libraries from 2010 to 2013 are analyzed. Result/conclusion] The results show that the two-stage level of overall efficiency of the university libraries is low. The university libraries can be divided into four types based on change trends of two-stage TFP performance. This provides a visual performance recognition mode of university libraries, and highlights the information reference value of management decision.
