| 摘 要： | 分析图书馆个性化信息服务的发展历程，得出图书馆个性化信息服务是因人文关怀的推动而产生，并不断向前发展的结论。针对个性化信息服务不正确的理解与执行会影响和阻碍服务中人文精神的传承与发扬，建议图书馆从制度建设等方面入手，还原个性化服务的人文关怀本色，继续传承和弘扬人文精神，发挥个性化服务的真正效益。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis the history of the libraries’ individualization information service development, the paper draws the conclusion that humanistic spirit promotes libraries’ individualization information service. But misunderstand baffle it go on. The paper proposes that it's the leader of libraries should set up effective system to develop the humanistic spirit and the individualization information service of libraries. |
