| 摘 要： | 阐述对高校图书馆危机管理过程实行控制的必要性，指出高校图书馆危机管理控制系统由危机定量指标系统、危机比较判别系统、危机预警和报警系统、危机管理信息系统4个模块构成；其危机控制流程由设立危机的定量标准、测量危机的实际值、将实际值与标准值进行比较、采取行动纠正偏差、做好记录等步骤实现。并以上海应用技术学院图书馆为试点，连续两年对其各项危机进行过程控制，取得管理信息反馈及时、危机处理高效的效果。
