| 摘 要： | 目的/意义] 新型城镇化和信息化是我国城镇协调发展的基础，也是带动经济增长的重要驱动力。从新型城镇化与信息化互动模式入手，揭示"两化"融合发展的具体内容。方法/过程] 通过对相关学术研究文献和国家相关文件的查阅、梳理，在回顾城镇化和信息化发展的基础上，从新型城镇化和信息化的关系进行分析，构建"两化"互动模型、要素模型以及目标模型，研究新型城镇化和信息化的互动模式。结果/结论] 在新型城镇规划和建设过程中，"两化"应该从要素、目标等方面进行统一规划和对接，通过"两化"良性互动提高建设效率和质量；智慧城市是"两化"良性互动的初级产物，也是今后一段时期"两化"建设的目标之一。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] New urbanization and informatization are considered as the foundation of coordinated development of urban in China and the significant driving force of economy development. This paper reveals the specific content of "two-fusion" by studying the interaction mode of new urbanization and informatization.Method/process] By referring and carding relative scholar research papers and documents, taking retrospective study of urbanization and informatization development as fundamental knowledge, it analyzes on the relationship between new urbanization and informatization, builds the "two-fusion" interaction model, element model and target model, and studys the interaction model between new urbanization and informatization.Result/conclusion] In the process of new town planning and construction, the "two-fusion" should realize unified planning and docking from the elements and targets, and the efficiency and quality of construction can be improved through the effective interaction between new urbanization and informatization. Smart city is the primary product of the interaction model, and is as well as one of the goals in the future period. |
