| 摘 要： | 信息资源建设是高校图书馆一切工作的基础，只有做好信息资源建设工作才能更好地为读者服务，为学校的教学和科研服务，从而为学校的发展提供强有力的信息保障。而做好信息资源建设工作首先必须深入了解读者的诉求，从对读者诉求的非均衡性分析入手，探讨读者诉求的非均衡性对高校图书馆信息资源建设的影响，并在此基础上提出相应的应对策略。

| Abstract: | Information resource construction is the basis of all work in university library. University library can better serve to readers, teaching and academic research only if the information resource construction is guaranteed. As a result, it can provide strong supports to university development. In order to better build information resources, university library has to deep understand readers’ appeal. This paper starts with imbalance analyses of readers’ appeal, explores the impact of imbalance readers’ appeal to information resource construction in university library and puts forward corresponding solutions. |
