转型变革期高校图书馆馆员能力建设策略

摘    要:根据新型图书馆的发展需求,对当前高校图书馆发展的基本态势进行分析,揭示高校图书馆馆员队伍存在的问题,在此基础上提出转型变革期高校图书馆馆员能力建设的总体策略是:图书馆员队伍的主体应为学科馆员与嵌入式信息专员;图书馆员个体应成为学科情报专家;重点培养情报分析与知识服务专家;加快培养数据管理与服务专家队伍;引进和培养信息技术开发与应用专家。

Abstract:In view of new library development requirements, some basic trends of current academic library development are analyzed, problems in academic librarian team are discussed. In the period of transition and change, the general strategies of academic librarian capability development are as follows: the main body of the librarians should be subject librarians and embedded informationists. Individual librarian should be subject information expert. The emphasis is on the cultivation of information analysis and knowledge service experts. Data curation and service librarians are needed urgently. The IT development and application specialists should be introduced and fostered as well.
