| 摘 要： | 认为文献资源的全面性是查新机构保证查新质量的重要因素。通过测评农学、生物学查新机构常用国内外期刊数据库对核心期刊的收录情况，研究查新机构文献资源的保障体系，并对科技查新机构提高文献查新质量应采取的措施提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The completeness of literature resources is the guarantee for the quality of novelty checking in novelty checking institutions. This paper analyzes the core journals on the agriculture and biology in the domestic and foreign databases commonly used by the novelty checking institutions, and makes a survey on the literature resources supporting system in these institutions. Eventually, the authors put forward some measures on improving the quality of novelty checking. |
