| Abstract: | In this paper several remarkable problems related to the construction of characteristic digital resources at academic libraries are discussed, which include reasonable orientation of characteristic resources construction, integration and modeling, selection of system platform, quality of organizing literature information, standardization and normalization, knowledge, property right, organization of human resources and their sustainable development. |
