| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是人类社会文明发展的一种新的范式,是我国未来发展的必然选择,而图书情报事业在国家可持续发展的进程中扮演着重要的角色。本文根据可持续发展的社会环境和网络化技术环境的要求,分析了我国图书情报事业发展战略的目标、系统框架和实施的基础,并从组织结构、资源建设和服务整合三个方面对战略系统的构成进行了讨论。文章的最后给出了我国实施图书情报事业发展战略的关键环节和策略。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development is a new paradigm to the humen being,which is also the only way our country should go after,and of the most importance in the developing progress is the library and information cause.This paper analyse the strategic target,systematic frame and the implementation of it basing on the demand of environment of society and technology,and discuss the strategy system in three parts: organization structure,resources construction and service integration.In the end,it gives the critical factors and advice to our nation to develop the library and information cause. |
