| 摘 要： | 当今 ,网络信息服务将成为信息服务业的主要组成部分。应当在社会信息化发展中确立网络化信息服务的目标。对于网络信息服务应进行其总体发展目标定位、网络结构定位、网络功能定位、资源管理定位和用户服务定位。我国网络化信息服务跨世纪发展目标 ,必须通过贯彻网络化信息服务发展的具体原则、服务的宏观对策及实现服务的模式优化 ,方能完成。参考文献 8。
