| 摘 要： | 网络环境下图书馆的社会角色、读者群体的构成及馆员与读者之间的关系等等发生了很大的变化。图书馆的服务工作也应随之发生转变。网络环境下读者服务工作的发展取向是:①调整与重组服务部门。各部门之间加强协作,充分发挥网络优势,提高信息资源利用率。②重新确立服务原则与操作程序。③拓展与延伸服务功能。要充分利用电子化、数字化技术手段,满足读者所需。参考文献3。

| Abstract: | In the networked environment,there are great changes in the social roles of librarians,in the composition of user groups and in the relationship between librarians and readers.Therefore,library reader services should be changed accordingly,The author thinks that there are the following future directions in reader services:restructuring service departments and improving the usage of information resources,reestablishing service principles and operation procedures,and extending service functions to meet reader's needs.3 refs. |
