| 摘 要： | 杭州市图书馆基金会是我国第一家图书馆基金会,该基金会从2003年成立以来,为杭州市图书馆事业的发展做出了重要贡献。但目前基金会还存在着一些问题,如工作人员缺乏、业务活动比较单一、活动规模较小、对外宣传力度不足、捐赠多为"一次性捐助"等。基金会要实现良性发展就要做好以下工作:根据实际情况,制定规范的工作流程和具体的工作规划,以促进自身的正规化、专业化发展;面向基层,大力扶持基层图书馆;加强宣传,扩大基金会影响力;建立与企业家的长效合作机制;扩大交流,开展国际合作;拓宽资助领域等。

| Abstract: | Hangzhou Library Foundation is the very first library foundation in China.It has contributed a lot to the development of Hangzhou public libraries since its establishment.This article analyses the current situation of the foundation,summarizes the contribution it has made and some main problems it is now faced with.Some suggestions on furthering development of the foundation are also given. |
