This study presents the Teacher Clarity Short Inventory (TCSI) as an alternative to existing measures of teacher clarity. Though existing scales measure both the clarity of content and classroom processes, they are disproportionate in length when compared to common instructional measures, such as measures of immediacy, student state motivation, and student affect. Analyses revealed a 10 item scale with an acceptable factor structure, acceptable reliability and validity. 公正、合理和有效的激励措施能够更好地激发从业人员的工作主动性、积极性和创造性。以青年档案工作者为出发点,旨在探究影响其激励措施满意度的相关因素,为档案行业的激励措施建设提供参考。同时采取线上和线下相结合的方式对25位18至35岁的青年档案工作者进行开放式访谈,运用扎根理论方法探索青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的影响因素,通过整合访谈材料,完成三级编码工作,结合管理学中相关激励理论,构建出青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的影响因素模型。分析结果显示,制度因素、个人因素和环境因素是影响青年档案工作者激励措施满意度的主要因素。基于以上分析,提出激励措施的制定要人性化、科学化、多样化和个性化,以此提升青年档案工作者对激励措施的满意程度。 相似文献

There is considerable research work on the performance assessment of eGovernment projects, especially on performance assessment measures per se. The point that the authors in this paper make is that while a variety of performance assessment measures are important for evaluation of eGovernment projects, performance itself is intended to relate governance with eGovernment applications. Thus, while developing performance assessment measures, there is a need to be conscious of governance as the ultimate purpose. Research on reference service is still in the beginning stage. Librarians must select appropriate methodologies and carefully analyze the data collected in order to evaluate and improve reference service. Good measures are valid, reliable, practical and useful; standards must also be carefully chosen because so much assessment of effectiveness depends upon subjective values. Data collection strategies include quantitative measures derived from the experimental sciences and qualitative measures derived from the social sciences, including familiar methods such as surveys, questionnaires, interviews and case studies. Traditionally, citation count has served as the main evaluation measure for a paper's importance and influence. In turn, many evaluations of authors, institutions and journals are based on aggregations upon papers (e.g. h-index). In this work, we explore measures defined on the citation graph that offer a more intuitive insight into the impact of a paper than the superficial count of citations. Our main argument is focused on the identification of influence as an expression of the citation density in the subgraph of citations built for each paper. We propose two measures that capitalize on the notion of density providing researchers alternative evaluations of their work. While the general idea of impact for a paper can be viewed as how many researchers have shown interest to a piece of work, the proposed measures are based on the hypothesis that a piece of work may have influenced some papers even if they do not contain references to that piece of work.
