Knowledge acquisition is a modeling activity for the development of knowledge-based systems. Developers can take advantage of domain-specific knowledge-acquisition tools for the construction of knowledge bases. Modeling for the development of such tools is an activity that is analogous to the modeling for knowledge-based systems. However, there are important differences between the appropriate models for these two goals. The models for the development of domain-specific knowledge-acquisition tools involved can be divided into three major classes: knowledge-structure models, knowledge-acquisition models and design models. These models can help developers to create domain-specific tools for new application domains.  相似文献

[目的/意义]从知识主题的角度切入,建立全面的课程知识体系,解决现有课程体系设计和教学中的课程间知识点重复及"知识孤岛"问题,从而有效开展专业知识服务。[方法/过程]以临床医学专业主干课程为研究对象,基于医学主题词表、电子教材、电子教案等医学教育数据,通过LDA模型挖掘课程中的知识主题,利用关联分析揭示课程间、知识主题间及课程与知识主题间的细粒度关联,从而构建临床医学课程知识主题图谱。[结果/结论]研究从专业课程体系与知识主题视角构建出领域知识图谱,有助于教学管理人员及师生掌握专业知识体系,开展知识导向型教学活动,推进医学领域知识组织与服务及智慧医学教育发展。  相似文献

Satisfying clinical information needs remains a major challenge in medicine, underscored by recent studies showing high medical error rates and suboptimal physician adherence to evidence-based practice guidelines. Advanced clinical decision support systems can improve practitioner performance and patient outcomes. Similarly, integrating online information resources into electronic health records (EHRs) shows great potential for positively impacting health care quality. This paper explores the evolution and current status of knowledge-based resource linkages within EHRs, including the benefits and drawbacks, as well as the important role librarians can play in this process.  相似文献

Many efforts in knowledge acquisition are designed from a knowledge engineer's perspective and as a consequence fall short of allowing experts to elaborate successfully their own situated knowledge. Knowledge engineering approaches are typically not user-centered and consequently are often the cause of a bottleneck in system development. This paper describes and evaluates the Advanced Knowledge And Design Acquisition Methodology (AKADAM) project as an attempt to overcome such inadequacies by provision of user-centered knowledge acquisition techniques. Both theoretical and practical issues are examined. The role of multiple perspectives (i.e. "knowledge as rules", "knowledge as concepts", and "knowledge as designs"), their relationship to a user-centered approach, and the necessity of flexible knowledge integration are portrayed by applying AKADAM to a complex, real-world domain (i.e. the development of an electronic associate for fighter pilots). Results suggest that this approach is capable of providing: (a) a naturalistic knowledge elicitation environment endorsed by users, (b) an externalization of experts' intuitive knowledge in a form which is similar to their own mental representation and (c) an integrated, large-scale knowledge set suitable for infusing knowledge into AI architectures and human-computer interface design.  相似文献

文章利用“中国知网”以及其他数据源,对国内期刊1993年至今公开发表的知识元相关研究的文献进行调研,从理论探索与实践成果两个方面,对研究现状进行了分析,认为国内知识元相关研究取得了不俗的成绩,将知识元的理论应用于中文知识管理是切实可行的,但同时在知识元研究范畴、粒度把握、知识元构建方面还存在一系列问题,有待进一步深入研究。  相似文献

不同的知识库对概念的语义与词义的表达都会不同。用户要在检索中使用它们就会有困难。该论文介绍了一个知识贮藏库的整合模型。这个模型全部利用开放式软件(Open-SourceSofware)以及可扩展标记语言(XML)和概念分类体系(Ontologies)的技术建成。它提供了知识库之间的知识结构映射,也为用户提供图表式界面以方便用户对知识库整合的直接参与。由于这一模型是以用户为中心,以知识结构为重点,它将为建立下一代的知识网络提供一个范例。  相似文献

This paper discusses the problem of joining production rules obtained from knowledge sources of different typology (experts, problem-oriented texts, electronic carriers in the form of databases) with a view to building complete and consistent knowledge bases in integrated expert systems. It describes the properties of distributed knowledge acquisition within the target-oriented methodology for building integrated expert systems and automatic technology created on its basis that includes new-generation instruments - an AT-TECHNOLOGY software complex. 新技术革新和法律环境的逐步成熟为电子文件管理的纵深发展提供了必要条件,电子文件管理当前迫切需要解决自下而上的理论准备和技术落地等关键问题。通过分析档案对象管理"从数字到数据""从可读到可信""从要素到空间"三大演变趋势,研究面临的问题和挑战,进而从三个方向提出了应对举措:即构建相对完备的理论框架、构建面向三态的规范体系和构建面向实现的行业生态。档案信息化在实现档案工作从模拟空间向数字空间迁移的过程中,需要电子文件管理的理论创新突破并提供引导。"三构"设想的提出,对电子文件的未来发展研究和管理实践提供了方向和路径。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 在中医医案管理过程中存在中医医案元数据不统一、精度不足等问题,不利于中医医案知识库的信息检索、知识共享和挖掘,研究建立规范的中医医案元数据模型,对于支持中医医案的深度多维检索、知识共享和挖掘具有重要作用。[方法/过程] 通过文献调研法对现用中医相关标准规范、元数据标准进行总结;通过网络调查法收集中医医案实例,结合内容分析法对医案内容进行分析,初步界定医案元数据元素;再通过实地调查法,在中医诊疗现场对中医诊疗过程进行观察和访问,对初步界定的医案元数据元素进行优化,得到最终医案元数据元素集。[结果/结论] 构建了面向中医诊疗知识库的医案元数据模型,全面描述中医诊疗过程,为统一中医医案元数据提供参考。  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to determine nurses' use of electronic databases to inform practice. A questionnaire survey of 114 nurses working on five acute wards in a large inner city teaching hospital investigated their general use of computers and the three databases, CINAHL, MEDLINE and the Cochrane Library. Eighty-two qualified nurses responded (response rate 72%). The results show limited confidence and low frequency in using the databases. Thirty-four per cent expressed low confidence using CINAHL. Twenty-seven per cent used CINAHL on a regular basis. Twenty-two per cent never used it. Eighteen per cent were unaware that it was available locally. Knowledge and use of MEDLINE was even lower with only 18% using it regularly. Knowledge of the Cochrane Library was extremely limited, with 75% unaware of its existence. Use of a home computer and higher education were associated with higher frequency of use of CINAHL and MEDLINE. If nurses are to make use of electronic resources to contribute to evidence-based practice, effort needs to be put into ensuring that already qualified nurses have basic computer skills and specific knowledge of available resources. More emphasis should be placed on 'evidence-based' resources, such as the Cochrane library, as sources of information for practice.  相似文献

Health sciences librarians at the University of Washington (UW) are partners in the evolution of Internet-based clinical information systems for two medical centers, University of Washington Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center, as well as the UW Primary Care Network clinics. Librarians lead information resource and systems development projects and play a variety of roles including facilitator, publisher, integrator, and educator. These efforts have been coordinated with parallel development efforts by the Integrated Advanced Information Management Systems (IAIMS) clinical informatics group in developing electronic medical record systems and clinical decision support tools. The outcome is MINDscape, a very heavily used Web view of the patient medical record with tightly integrated knowledge resources as well as numerous Web-accessible information resources and tools. The goal of this article is to provide a case study of librarian involvement in institutional information systems development at UW and to illustrate the variety of roles that librarians can assume in hospital settings.  相似文献
