近年来,大学生的压力越来越大,大学生心理危机形势严峻。为了掌握心理危机发生的规律,为高校做好大学生心理危机预警、干预工作提供参考,从心理咨询中心获取近十年发生的大学生心理危机案例信息进行统计。结果显示要重视家校合作,学生的专业、性别、户籍、年级和心理危机的发生有关;要积极关注发生过重大生活事件的学生;在开学、毕业期、阴雨天气发生的危机是最多的。高校应采取各种应对措施降低大学生心理危机的发生。 相似文献

新时期随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,大学生面临来自各方面的压力和挑战,有部分学生很容易陷入心理危机,容易导致过激行为的发生,因此重视对大学生的心理健康引导和培养就显得非常迫切。而构建科学有效的心理危机干预体系是对大学生进行心理健康教育工作的重要途径。本文从心理危机的概念分析入手,然后讨论了在新时期构建大学生心理危机干预体系的必要性及造成大学生产生心理危机的原因,最后重点探究了如何通过加强大学生心理预防和预警体系,如何进行心理危机发生后的处置及转介等几个方面来构建起具有系统性和针对性的大学生心理危机干预体系,以便能有效提升大学生心理健康教育工作的成效。 相似文献
