Modeling and analysis of wet clutch engagement characteristics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A mathematical model was developed to analyze the characteristics of the wet clutch during engagement. The lubricant squeeze action was simulated with Patir and Cheng average flow model in which the permeability of friction material is taken into account, and the asperity load is calculated according to the Greenwood and Tripp approach. In this model, effects of friction material permeability, applied load and driving velocity on the engagement characteristics of the wet clutch were studied. The results show that friction material with high permeability reduces the film thickness rapidly and increases the torque peak; the applied load increases the asperity contact pressure and the friction torque, and reduces the engagement time; the driving velocity mainly increases the engagement time. The theoretical torque and relative velocity curves agree qualitatively with the experimental ones, which verifies the wet clutch engagement model.  相似文献

为了分析非晶合金的力学特性,提出了一种可实时观测大块非晶合金摩擦磨损变形特性的实验方法.实验分两步进行,首先对Zr基大块非晶合金与铜、铁、塑料进行同速度的干摩擦实验,然后单独对Zr基大块非晶合金进行不同速度下的干摩擦实验,都提取摩擦过程中的摩擦力信号,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察磨损形貌.与其他材料对比,分析Zr基大块非晶合金材料的摩擦磨损变形特性,从而确定其摩擦磨损主要是塑性变形和脆性断裂综合作用结果.另外随着转速提高,磨粒磨损使多角度的摩擦力高频率出现.  相似文献

以纳米水滑石及其焙烧产物作为润滑油添加剂,采用四球摩擦试验机测定其摩擦学性质,利用光学显微镜观察摩擦表面磨斑情况。研究结果表明:基础油中加入纳米水滑石及其焙烧产物能够显著降低摩擦副表面粗糙度,减少摩擦阻力;焙烧产物以0.2%质量分数添加时,抗磨减摩性能最好,摩擦系数由0.075降低至0.065。  相似文献

选择含氮节镍型QN2109Mo奥氏体不锈钢作为研究对象,采用XRD、TEM、SEM、EDS、摩擦磨损试验机和电化学工作站等检测手段,研究QN2109Mo不锈钢的组织结构、摩擦磨损性能以及耐腐蚀性能,并与316L不锈钢进行对比。实验结果表明:N原子主要以间隙固溶形式存在于QN2109Mo不锈钢中,对QN2109Mo不锈钢组织起到了细化作用,提高了QN2109Mo 不锈钢的硬度。在干摩擦状态下,QN2109Mo不锈钢的耐磨损性能优于316L不锈钢,其磨损机理为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损共同作用。在w(NaCl)为3.5%的溶液中,QN2109Mo不锈钢表现出比316L不锈钢更低的自腐蚀电流密度和更高的点蚀电位,具有更优异的耐NaCl 溶液腐蚀性能。  相似文献

利用四球摩擦磨损实验机考察了粒径约为3nm的二烷基二硫代磷酸(DDP)修饰ZnS纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂的抗磨行为,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量散射谱(EDS)等现代分析手段对其摩擦表面进行了分析.结果表明,DDP修饰ZnS纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂能够明显提高基础油的抗磨能力.SEM及EDS的分析结果表明摩擦过程中在摩擦表面形成了一层富含Zn、S、P元素的反应膜,正是这层膜的存在使得DDP修饰ZnS纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的抗磨性能.  相似文献

研究目的:为求解钢轨(短波)波磨处的高速轮轨瞬态滚动接触建立有限元模型,研究影响高速钢轨波磨发展的重要因素。削新要点:1.求解不同牵引条件下轮轨间的瞬态法和切向滚动接触问题,并考虑真实轮轨几何和钢轨波磨,最高模拟速度达500km/h;2.基于模拟结果,解释了中国高速线路上发现的钢轨波磨很快稳定下来的现象。研究方法:1.详细分析钢轨波磨处高速轮轨瞬态滚动接触的法、切向解以及由此导致的V-M等效应力和摩擦功沿轨面的波动;2.变化波磨波长、波深及重要滚动参数如速度和牵引系数等,研究它们对波磨处滚动接触行为的影响;3.对比上述有限元模型与传统多体动力模型在波磨处的法向轮轨力结果。重要结论:1.法、切向轮轨力及法、切向接触应力均随着波磨几何呈周期性波动,但相位略有差异,V-M等效应力和摩擦功的波动形式接近切向接触应力;2.牵引系数越大,波磨处V-M等效应力和摩擦功的波动范围越大;3.名义参数下,对于所研究高铁系统,波长为80mm左右、速度为250-300km/h时波磨的动态响应最大,这与现场观测相符;4.传统多体动力模型会高估钢轨波磨激励的法向轮轨力;5.钢轨波磨会逐渐稳定下来,通过速度越高进入稳定越快。  相似文献

Selective laser melting (SLM) is one type of additive manufacturing which produces metal parts by powder bed fusion. Since the materials undergo repeated and sharp heating/cooling cycles, the SLMed parts have unique microstructures. The relations among SLM processing parameters, resultant microstructures, and mechanical properties have been investigated by many researchers. However, the wear performance of SLMed materials under various contact conditions has not been carried out until recently. This paper is a presentation of previous and recent research related to wear performance. This is a crucial aspect if SLM is to be expanded to produce friction pairs. Wear rates and mechanisms of the SLMed materials under dry, boundary lubrication, cavitation erosion, and corrosion conditions are discussed and compared with conventionally processed (CP) materials. SLMed materials benefit from fine grains and high hardness, which have higher wear resistance than CP materials. Moreover, a unique tribo-layer on the surface of the SLMed part is found to protect the bulk material under boundary lubrication conditions. An optimized combination of processing parameters increases part density, which further improves the wear resistance. Future work includes studying the influence of pores on the deforming and lubricating behaviors from dry conditions to different lubrication regimes. The final target is to actively control the processing parameters to obtain desirable material properties for improving wear performance.  相似文献

The Just-in-Time Teaching (JiTT) technique allows students to be engaged in course material outside of the classroom by answering web-based questions. The responses are summarized and presented to students in class with a follow-up active learning exercise. College students enrolled in an introductory-level general education geoscience course were surveyed over a two-semester period on their engagement level during lecture and perceived learning of course content. Data show that students are able to reflect on their prior knowledge and construct new knowledge with weekly graded JiTT exercises. Despite increasing and competing pressures outside of the classroom, students reported increased learning and engagement in a course with required weekly assignments.  相似文献

双离合器变速器(DCT)车辆在换挡过程中采用2套离合器协同工作,一套离合器逐渐分离,另一套离合器逐渐接合,通过合适的换挡重叠控制实现发动机转速平稳变化。DCT车辆数学模型显示,要获得最小的燃油消耗,必须在最佳燃油经济性换挡点进行换挡操作。最佳燃油积极性换挡点可以通过相邻档位的单位时间汽车燃油消耗曲线方程求取。仿真结果显示,实行最佳燃油积极性换挡的DCT车辆比同型的MT车辆减少约10%的燃油消耗,与实际实验结果基本符合。  相似文献
