利用核磁共振方法研究了质量分数在0%～100%范围内乙醇-水溶液的横向弛豫时间和信号强度,分析了乙醇-水溶液质量分数与溶液分子间氢键的整体作用力及核磁共振信号强度之间的关系。结果表明:乙醇-水溶液分子间氢键的整体作用力随乙醇质量分数增加呈现先增大后减小的变化关系,当乙醇质量分数为55.6%时出现最强氢键缔合状态;核磁共振信号强度随乙醇-水溶液质量浓度的增加而增大,并且二者之间存在较好的线性关系。利用这种关系可实现乙醇-水溶液浓度的核磁共振测量,为方便、快速、精确地测量乙醇-水溶液的浓度提供了一种新方法。 相似文献

为优化低场核磁共振CPMG自旋回波法检测原油乳化液的测量参数,用原油和蒸馏水配制了含水20.0%的原油乳化液,依次改变各影响参数,测量了相应的T2谱。通过分析T2谱各峰的横向弛豫时间和峰面积随各参数的变化,总结出不同含水原油乳化液的最佳核磁共振测量参数为:重复采样次数取100,重复采样等待时间取8 s,半回波时间取300μs,原油乳化液含水体积分数为C时,回波个数Echo Cnt=11 000+10 000C。在最佳参数下测量了含水20.0%、30.0%、40.0%和50.0%油包水型原油乳化液T2谱,分析了T2谱的基本特征和3个峰的形成机理。 相似文献

实验研究了FeCl3·6H2O、Fe(So4) 3·XH2O、CuCl2·2H2O、NaHSO4·H2O、TiSO4、SnCl4·5H2O、AlCl3·6H2O、ZnSO4·7H2O、CuSO4·2H2O等几种无机盐对乙酸与正丁醇酯化反应的催化剂的催化性能的影响.结果表明:FeCl3·6H2O、Fe(SO4)3·XH2O、CuCl2·2H2O、NaHSO4·H2O、TiSO4、SnCl4·5H2O、AlCl3·6H2O都是较好的催化剂,同时,研究了以上几种无机盐催化剂合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件、特点并得出用以上催化剂重新组合的FeCl3-CuCl2,Fe(SO4)3-CuCl2按质量的2:1组合成混合催化剂重复性更好. 相似文献

以地皮菜为研究对象,对原植体进行不同方式的处理,利用BG11培养基进行培养,研究了H2O2、乙醇、紫外处理对藻种分离的影响,通过镜检观察,筛选出原植体的不同处理条件下的最佳处理方式,并且对地皮菜的不同发育阶段进行了观察.结果表明：对原植体进行不同的单因素处理和多因素的复合的处理,分离地皮菜藻种,筛选出的单因素条件分别是1％H2O2、H2O2处理时间是30s、75％乙醇、乙醇的处理时间40s、紫外照射20min、紫外强度是800uW/cm2,筛选出的复合处理条件是1％H2O2、H2O2处理时间30s、乙醇浓度75％、乙醇处理时间40s、紫外处理时间10min、紫外强度800 uW/cm2,同时在不同条件下地皮菜存在多种繁殖方式和多个形态发育阶段. 相似文献

用红外光谱内标法(K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O为内标物)测定了红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量.实验表明:混合物红外光谱中红霉素的测量峰(1714.6cm-1)和K3[Fe(CN)6)]·6H2O的内标峰(2119.0cm-1)的峰高比(y=h i/h s)与两者质量比(x=m i/m s)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=0.2642x-0.0579,相关系数R2=0.9973.据此测得红霉素肠溶片中红霉素的含量为标示量的101%,相对标准偏差为0.51%,加标回收率分别为96.8%101.9%.该方法无需分离提取,简便,快速,成本低,测定结果准确,特别适合批量检测和药品质量的快筛,有应用价值. 相似文献

以季铵盐羧酸配体HCbpBr（Cbp=N-（4-羧苄基）吡啶盐）与CuCl2·2H2O反应,合成了化合物[CuCl2（H2O）2][（Cbp）2]·H2O（1）,通过元素分析、红外光谱以及X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征,单晶结构解析表明：化合物1为单斜晶系,P2（1）/c空间群,a=9.2537（19）,b=14.750（3）,c=22.046（4）,V=3009.0（10）3,Z=4,μ=0.946mm-1,Dc=1.357Mg/m3,T=291（2）K,分子式：C26H28Cl2CuN2O7,Mr=614.95,F（000）=1268,S=1.046,R=0.0854,wR=0.1369在化合物1的晶体结构中,Cu2＋与两个Cl-离子和两个H2O分子进行配位,形成四面体配位构型,羧酸配体以内盐的形式游离存在,配位的H2O分子与客体H2O分子及羧酸上的O形成分子间和分子内经典O-H···O氢键. 相似文献

利用低场核磁共振技术对樱桃在常温储存条件下内部水分的变化、迁移规律进行了研究。采用CMPG脉冲序列测量自由诱导指数衰减曲线,并对曲线进行反演操作,得到了横向弛豫时间T2谱。结果表明,樱桃内部水分主要存在自由水、不易流动水、结合水3种状态,自由水含量随储存时间不断减少,一部分蒸发散失到外界,另一部分和大分子结合为结合水与不易流动水,以维持果肉细胞正常的代谢活动。在储存后期,部分自由水向果核迁移,保证核内有足够的水分和活性。核磁共振成像实验结果表明,随着储存时间的延长,果皮与果肉分层,果肉水分逐渐向内迁移,与T2谱分析结果一致。 相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
