于1994年广东斗门县一中华鳖（Trionyxsinensis）养殖场患红脖子病中华鳖和1996年广东东莞市一中华鳖养殖场患红底板和白底板病中华鳖中检测到3种病毒．红脖子病中华鳖检测到的病毒粒子吴杆状，具囊膜，大小103nm×（293～330）um，核衣壳大小69nm×（241～270）nm，于肠肌细胞质中复制、装配和成熟．在白底板中华鳖检测到的病毒粒子圆球形，无囊膜，直径70～75nm，于脾、肾和胃组织细胞质和细胞核中复制、装配和成熟．在红底板中华鳖肠细胞，检测到的病毒粒子直径85～90um，于肠细胞核中复制、装配和成熟． 相似文献

昆明种小鼠100只随机均分10组：分别为口服和腹腔注射黄芩苷制剂大（2．0g／kg）、中（1．og／kg）、小（0．5g／kg）剂量组、阳性对照组（口服和腹腔注射地塞米松注射液0．01g／kg）和空白对照组（口服和腹腔注射等量生理盐水）,每天给药1次,连续给药7d,最后一次给药后30min,用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,致炎1h后颈椎脱臼致死,冲下左右两耳片分别称重,测定小鼠耳廓的肿胀率和肿胀抑制率。结果：与生理盐水对照组比较,口服黄芩苷大剂量组小鼠耳廓的肿胀率显著降低（P〈0．01）;腹腔注射黄芩苷大剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀率显著降低（P〈0．01）,中、小剂量组肿胀率降低（P〈0．05）。表明黄芩苷口服或腹腔注射对小鼠均具有一定的抗炎作用,呈现量效关系,且腹腔注射抗炎效果强于口服。 相似文献

自患红脖子病的中华鳖中分离一株细菌，经鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌．该菌株在Arg，Leu，Asp和Met4种氨基酸为碳源的合成培养基生长良好，最适生长条件为pH7．0，28℃以及液体培养基中溶解氧7．5～10g／L．在合成培养基础上，氨基酸Ser，Val，Trp，Ala和Phe有较强的促进嗜水气单胞菌生长的能力．锌离子抑制细菌的生长；低浓度的铁离子对细菌生长有一定的促进作用．镁离子则是嗜水气单胞菌生长必须的．胺基糖类抗菌素（青霉素类）对嗜水气单胞菌不抑制． 相似文献

红底板中华鳖和白底板中华鳖中均发现细菌和病毒．经细菌培养证实红底板和白底板鳖肝、脾、肾、肺、心和鳃样组织中均有细菌，电镜观察也证实白底板鳖肝和肺中有细菌，红底板鳖肺和鳃样器官中有细菌．细菌短杯状，大小（0．5～0．6）μm×（0．8～1．0）μm．在白底板鳖脾、肾和胃中和红底板小场中分别检测到直径为70～75um和85～90um的病毒粒子．红底板病鳖和白底板病鳖均表现为广泛地系统性的组织坏死，白底板病鳖较红底板病鳖病变严重． 相似文献

在碱性介质中,当把鲁米诺和KMnO4的混合溶液注入到盐酸利多卡因溶液中时,会产生很强的化学发光现象．由此结合流动注射技术,建立了测定盐酸利多卡因的流动注射化学发光新方法．在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸利多卡因的线形范围为1．0×10^-7～1．0×10^-5g／mL,检出限（3or）为4×10^-8g／mL,对1．0 ×10^-6g／mL的盐酸利多卡因进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0．25％．该方法已用于盐酸利多卡因注射液中盐酸利多卡因的测定． 相似文献

报道了一种自行设计和研制的新型流动注射电化学发光（EcL）池,并对该流动注射电化学发光池的结构和性能进行了优化,在发光试剂鲁米诺浓度5×10^-10mol／L-5×10^-8mol／L范围内,检测池ECL强度随浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0．9998,检测下限可达10^-10mol／L．该器件可用于H2O2的流动注射检测,测定线性范围为1×10^-4至5×10^-3mol／L,相关系数为0．9993,检测下限为5×10^-5mol／L．考察该器件在评估葡萄（美国进口红提）籽核和肉质的抗氧化性能方面的应用,经换算得出它们的抗氧化性能;红提籽为121mg H2O2／g,红提肉为5．1mg H2O2／g．即红提籽的抗氧化能力明显强于红提肉．在实际样品测定中,该流动注射电化学发光池具有较好的重现性,它结合了电化学发光的高灵敏度和流动注射的实用性,操作方便． 相似文献

目的：研究人群特异性免疫力对日本血吸虫感染率的影响。方法：选择粪检血吸虫阳性91人（A组）和粪检血吸虫阴性223人（B组）作为研究对象。两组人群经吡喹酮治疗后10d,将观察对象同时暴露在水稻栽插期,栽插期结束后30d用粪检查病,观察两组感染率是否有差异,以此推断特异性免疫力对人群血吸虫感染率的影响。结果：A组感染率（再感染率）为38．46％（35／91）,其中6—14岁儿童感染率（再感染率）为10．53％（2／19）,15～60岁人群感染率（再感染率）为45．83％（33／72）。B组的感染率为29．60％（66／223）,其中6～14岁儿童感染率为20．27％（15／74）,15～60岁人群感染率为34．23％（51／149）。结论：人体感染日本血吸虫后产生的特异性免疫力较弱,对降低人群再感染无明显作用。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex. 相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
