采用添加促发剂和增素剂的方法,对城市污水厂污泥进行了除臭去水增有机质效果研究。结果表明,随着促发剂的添加,污泥粘稠度明显下降,水分含量降低近50％。气味由腐臭味慢慢转变为无臭味,但最后现出酸臭味;在24％的促发剂条件下,随着增素剂的量逐渐增加,污泥变得越来越松散;气味由酸腐味转变为泥草味,直至带有氨味的转变。在养分上,处理后有机质、全氮、五氧化二磷、氧化钾的含量范围分别为49．68％-63．89％,2．216％-3．630％,1．428％-1．696％,1．077％-1．467％。综合各种堆肥处理,以污泥＋24％促发剂＋16％-24％增素剂处理效果较好。 相似文献

以福州市大学城污水处理厂污泥为主要原料,采用氯化锌活化-管式炉热解法制备污泥基活性炭.结果表明,氯化锌化学活化-管式炉热解法制备污泥活性炭的最佳工艺参数为:以亚甲基蓝吸附值和得率作为控制指标,综合考虑所得最佳水平组合为活化剂浓度为3 mol/L、热解温度为550℃、热解时间为2h、液固比为1.5∶1,所得活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值为41.9 mg/g,得率为48.9％.并在此基础上,表征、分析了污泥、污泥活性炭和商品活性炭的微观形貌、比表面积、浸出重金属含量. 相似文献

锰渣中含有大量有害物质而污染环境,大量堆放或填埋是当前处理锰渣的主要方式。以黄土为对比实验,通过对锰渣在500~700℃间预烧,研究预烧后的锰渣在1040~1100℃烧结温度下的烧结特性。结果表明,随预烧温度和烧结温度的升高,锰渣坯块的烧失率增加,吸水率、气孔率急剧减小,而体积密度和抗折强度增大,这与超过1080℃时熔融液相的出现有关。经650~700℃预烧后的样品在1060~1080℃温度下烧结具有最佳的综合性能,其密度可达1.77~1.85 g/cm~3,抗折强度可达24.8~33.3 MPa,完全可用来制作建筑材料领域中的轻质烧结砖,或者作为相关建筑材料的辅助原料。 相似文献

从脱氮率、工艺运行以及节能角度对A／O工艺与分段进水2种生物脱氮工艺进行比较．结果表明,当污泥回流比为50％的条件下,分段进水工艺能达到高于80％的总氮去除率,但是A／O工艺只能达到40％．在污泥回流比为100％、硝化液回流比为200％的条件下,A／O工艺能够达到78．32％的总氮去除率,但是SVI值将达到143mL／g．而达到同样甚至更高的总氮去除率（81．1％）,分段进水工艺的SVI值只有94．4mL／g．分段进水工艺中污泥膨胀得到很好的控制．分段进水工艺在适用性、脱氮率、运行稳定性方面优于A／O工艺． 相似文献
