目的:探究不同水平专业羽毛球运动员专项移动能力与力量、爆发力之间的关系。方法:以浙江省运动队16名女子运动员和15名男子运动员为测试对象,通过实验测试运动员的各项指标,采用单因素方差法分析不同水平运动员的指标差异,通过线性相关方法分析专项移动能力与力量、爆发力之间的相关性。结果:不同水平女子运动员下肢力量(IMTP)、反向纵跳与羽毛球掷远具有显著性差异,其他指标无明显差异;女子运动员的左右摸边与下肢力量(IMTP)的相关性最高,呈负相关性,与反向纵跳(CMJ)、半蹲跳(SJ)、跌落跳(DJ)和30 m跑相关性较低;男子运动员前抛实心球与下肢力量的相关显著性最高,其次为四点摸线与跌落跳的相关显著性较高,较低的相关性为四点摸线与半蹲跳、30 m跑。结论:健将级男子与女子运动员的综合素质高于其他级别运动员,其中下肢力量最为显著;运动员下肢力量、爆发力的提高有助于提升专项移动速度。  相似文献

运用文献资料、专家调查和数理统计等方法研究国家女子柔道集训队运动员运动素质评价指标。运动素质结构由最大力量、专项力量、速度耐力、速度协调、力量耐力和爆发力6个因子构成,运动员应重点围绕着专项力量(最大力量、快速力量和力量耐力)、专项速度协调(手法综合运用、重心快速移动和投接。寝技快速衔接)和速度耐力的提高展开训练。运动素质典型评价指标为:高翻、15s投入、1min拉橡皮条、10s打入、引体向上和立定跳远,其权重分别为:0.094 9、0.458 5、0.160 8、0.208 8、0.048 6和0.028 4。设计的评价标准,经回代检验证明客观有效,可为现阶段我国优秀女子柔道运动员运动素质评价提供参考依据。  相似文献

目的:探讨中国优秀女子沙排运动员专项运动素质特征。方法:根据文献资料及专家问卷确定其专项运动素质特征指标后,对包括备战2008年奥运会的国家女子沙滩排球队队员在内的现役全部女子沙滩排球运动员进行测试。国外优秀女子沙排运动员资料来自国际排联。结果:(1)中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员速度灵敏性、弹跳、挥臂能力、柔韧性均优于中国一般运动员。(2)对中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员专项运动素质的评价包括评价指标及指标贡献率的确定、目标结构模型的建立。结论:(1)与中国一般女子沙滩排球运动员相比,中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员的专项运动素质以动作速度快、爆发力大、柔韧性好、协调能力强和专项耐力好为特征。但与世界顶尖女子沙滩排球运动员相比,中国优秀女子沙排运动员的快速动作和爆发力相对较差。(2)速度灵敏性、弹跳能力、挥臂能力是中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员的核心素质。(3)中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员专项运动素质评价指标包括沙地X字移动、助跑摸高、掷实心球、坐位体前屈和沙地渐进式折回跑五项,且其贡献率依次降低。(4)建立中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员专项运动素质评价的目标结构模型有助于中国国家女子沙滩排球队树立训练目标,使训练更有目的性和实效性。  相似文献

为了探讨沙滩训练方式对足球运动员体能的影响,本研究选择了足球运动员下肢爆发力素质为对象,选取了40 m冲刺跑、原地纵跳摸高两项具有代表性的下肢爆发力指标,以山东体育学院部分足球专项学生作为研究对象,进行了为期17周(5次/周)的分组教学实验,并得出如下结论:通过对实验前后40 m冲刺跑和原地纵跳摸高成绩的比较和统计学检验证明,与传统足球练习相比,沙滩足球练习提高下肢爆发力的效果更佳,这在一定程度上是由沙滩足球的场地特点和比赛特点决定的.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of heavy resistance, explosive resistance, and muscle endurance training on neuromuscular, endurance, and high-intensity running performance in recreational endurance runners. Twenty-seven male runners were divided into one of three groups: heavy resistance, explosive resistance or muscle endurance training. After 6 weeks of preparatory training, the groups underwent an 8-week resistance training programme as a supplement to endurance training. Before and after the 8-week training period, maximal strength (one-repetition maximum), electromyographic activity of the leg extensors, countermovement jump height, maximal speed in the maximal anaerobic running test, maximal endurance performance, maximal oxygen uptake ([V·]O(?max)), and running economy were assessed. Maximal strength improved in the heavy (P = 0.034, effect size ES = 0.38) and explosive resistance training groups (P = 0.003, ES = 0.67) with increases in leg muscle activation (heavy: P = 0.032, ES = 0.38; explosive: P = 0.002, ES = 0.77). Only the heavy resistance training group improved maximal running speed in the maximal anaerobic running test (P = 0.012, ES = 0.52) and jump height (P = 0.006, ES = 0.59). Maximal endurance running performance was improved in all groups (heavy: P = 0.005, ES = 0.56; explosive: P = 0.034, ES = 0.39; muscle endurance: P = 0.001, ES = 0.94), with small though not statistically significant improvements in [V·]O(?max) (heavy: ES = 0.08; explosive: ES = 0.29; muscle endurance: ES = 0.65) and running economy (ES in all groups < 0.08). All three modes of strength training used concurrently with endurance training were effective in improving treadmill running endurance performance. However, both heavy and explosive strength training were beneficial in improving neuromuscular characteristics, and heavy resistance training in particular contributed to improvements in high-intensity running characteristics. Thus, endurance runners should include heavy resistance training in their training programmes to enhance endurance performance, such as improving sprinting ability at the end of a race.  相似文献

通过实验室、场地速度耐力相关指标的测试和相关因素的分析,检验场地测试速度耐力方法的可靠性,为上海女运动员的体能测试组中速度耐力测试提供科学、有效的方法。结果显示:30m疲劳测试方法可以作为上海女足运动员的专项速度耐力测试方法,平均速度这一指标可以有效地反映上海女足运动员的专项速度耐力,该方法简单可靠,可操作性强,可以为上海女足运动员的专项速度耐力训练效果的评定提供科学的量化标准。  相似文献

以备战2012年伦敦奥运会中国自行车队场地短距离项目组重点女子运动员为研究对象。在奥运会前一年的备战训练中,采用SRM系统对场地专项爆发力、最大速度和速度耐力训练进行监测,并对运动员阶段训练前后不同专项能力的变化进行了分析。同时,采用成绩与训练后血乳酸综合分析的方法,对运动员奥运赛前专项速度和力量耐力训练的完成强度进行评价,为建立场地自行车专项训练强度的测试与评价方法进行有益尝试。自行车短距离阶段训练中不同专项训练比例可决定专项能力的变化,功率是评价自行车短距离项目专项能力和训练强度的有效指标,结合乳酸变化可分析专项能力变化与供能比例、代谢产物清除之间的关系。  相似文献

为了全面了解哈尔滨体育学院学生近10年的体质健康变化情况,采用实验法对哈尔滨体育学院2003至2012级学生进行身高、体重、肺活量、握力(男)、坐位体前屈(女)、立定跳远、台阶实验测试,并将测试数据进行整理,对比10年变化情况。结果表明,近10年,学生身高、体重和体质指数变化不大,其中男生平均体质批量数较高,女生正常;台阶指数、立定跳远和坐位体前屈总体上呈下降趋势,其中立定跳远和台阶指数总本上处于良好水平,坐位体前屈虽呈下降趋势,但各年级均处于优秀水平;肺活量和握力出现波动,且处于及格水平,但哈尔滨体育学院学生体质健康状况好于其他普通高校,与同类体育院校相当;所有年级中2004级、2(107级和2012级学生体质健康状况好于其他年级,2009级、2010级和2011级则较差。哈尔滨体育学院学生体质健康状况整体上呈下降趋势,各年级学生呼吸机能一般,心肺功能和下肢爆发力较好;男生超重,上肢手臂力量偏低;女生身体形态发育正常,柔韧素质好。  相似文献

Longitudinal changes in height, weight and physical performance were studied in 33 Flemish male youth soccer players from the Ghent Youth Soccer Project. The players' ages at the start of the study ranged from 10.4 to 13.7 years, with a mean age of 12.2 +/- 0.7 years. Longitudinal changes were studied over a 5 year period. Peak height velocity and peak weight velocity were determined using non-smoothed polynomials. The estimations of peak height velocity, peak weight velocity and age at peak height velocity were 9.7 +/- 1.5 cm x year-1, 8.4 +/- 3.0 kg x year-1 and 13.8 +/- 0.8 years, respectively. Peak weight velocity occurred, on average, at the same age as peak height velocity. Balance, speed of limb movement, trunk strength, upper-body muscular endurance, explosive strength, running speed and agility, cardiorespiratory endurance and anaerobic capacity showed peak development at peak height velocity. A plateau in the velocity curves was observed after peak height velocity for upper-body muscular endurance, explosive strength and running speed. Flexibility exhibited peak development during the tear after peak height velocity. Trainers and coaches should be aware of the individual characteristics of the adolescent growth spurt and the training load should also be individualized at this time.  相似文献

基于AMB系统的荷兰Heerenveen数字化冰场所采集的速度信息,对速滑500 m项目优秀选手张忠奇和Jeremy Wotherspoon进行了个性化速度特征分析。为有效地寻找差距和突破差距,初步建立了涉及各区段速度差异、弯道加速率与直道速度保持率、高速区滑跑长度、高速区滑跑稳定性和高速区降速量等内容的分析方法。分析结果可以为个体运动员在速滑500 m项目比赛中采取优化的体能技战术,以及进行与速度耐力相关的体能训练提供科学依据。  相似文献
