大学生暑期社会实践是大学生成长成才的重要一环,进行社会实践的组织和评价体系的科学性研究,将对大学生社会实践的有效开展起到积极的推动作用。本文以台州学院为例,探讨了暑期社会实践活动的价值诉求、实施方式以及评价体系,重点分析了如何结合专业知识,改革运作形式,构建基于活动全过程的评价指标体系,以期能提高大学生参与暑期社会实践活动的热情和绩效。  相似文献

本文以浙江省13所高校的156份高校大学生创业调查样本为基础,对大学生社会网络、学习能力与创业绩效三者之间的关系进行了分析。研究发现,社会网络对于大学生创业绩效具有显著的影响,大学生的学习能力在社会网络与大学生创业绩效之间起到部分中介作用。研究结果对于完善我国高等学校创业教育,提升高校毕业生创业成功率具有参考价值。  相似文献

有关社会网络与大学生创业绩效关系的研究文献已经积累了一定的数量,但相关实证研究结论并不一致,这就需要通过元分析来寻求一般性的结论.本研究基于20102020年期间国内24项研究的5868个样本对社会网络与大学生创业绩效的关系进行元分析,并分析了取样地区、创业绩效测量方法等5个变量的调节作用.元分析结果显示:社会网络对大学生创业绩效有显著的提升作用,网络规模和网络强度均对大学生创业绩效具有显著的正向影响;研究取样地区、文献发表时间和创业绩效测量方法可以显著调节两者之间的关系.在此基础上,本研究提出大学生创业者要积极通过社会网络来获取创业所需的战略性资源,高校的创新创业教育要注重提升大学生的社会网络拓展与管理能力以及政府应当重视提高政策的支持力度和针对性等建议.  相似文献

大学生绩效结构模型是衡量大学生绩效的基础和依据,但目前其测量工具还不够科学。在回顾已有文献的基础上,结合深度访谈与预调查,自主开发了大学生绩效结构量表。基于收集到的257份来自在校大学生的问卷调查数据,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析等统计方法,确定大学生绩效结构量表具有较高的信度和效度。研究表明,大学生绩效结构由品德修养、学业绩效、实践能力、创新能力、身心健康以及团队与合作6个维度构成,每个维度涵盖若干指标。研究结果为科学合理地健全大学生绩效考核体系提供了一定的理论支持。  相似文献

Understanding social work education requires a long view of history as well as a sense of where social work fits in a larger process of social change and how it can contribute to a radical revisioning of professional education. In this paper a dynamic educational model is proposed, in which the de-centering of knowledge as a fact to knowing as a process is proposed and "lived experience" becomes the central focus of professional attention. The role of emotions, although central to social work practice, has been relatively neglected in the process of teaching and learning social work. This article explores how social work educators can incorporate an understanding of the role of emotions in both the teaching and practice of social work. Attention is drawn toward evolutionary and developmental perspectives, emotional regulation, and the current treatment of emotions in the educational context. Further, the article explores the role of optimal emotional arousal in the learning and retention of social work curriculum and its concurrent relational implications for practice.  相似文献

This paper responds to Eva Lundqvist, Jonas Almqvist and Leif Ostman’s account of how the manner of teaching can strongly influence pupil learning by recommending video supported reflection as a means by which teachers can transform the nature of their practice. Given the complex nature of the many conditions which influence and control teachers’ actions the reframing of routine practice through reflection-in-action can prove challenging. This response paper describes how video can empower teachers to take greater control of their progress and allows for a more social constructivist approach to professional development. Along with a consideration of the difficulties associated with the notion of ‘reflection’ and a short case study, the paper uses Lev Semenovich Vygotsky’s zone of proximal development and the notion of scaffolding to propose that video offers a Video Supported Zone of Proximal Development which can ease the process of teacher development. In capturing permanent and exchangeable representations of practice video encourages a collaborative approach to reflection and is consistent with the original ideas of John Dewey.  相似文献

The paper examines teachers’ emotions in the process of making sense of educational reforms. We draw upon concepts from sociological theory and education to inform our framework for understanding how emotions, as a social construct, directly and indirectly, influence teachers’ understandings. Using qualitative data gathered in a study of comprehensive school reform (CSR), we explain how teachers make sense of reforms within their school and classroom contexts and the emotions that arise in the process. Findings show that as teachers made sense of reforms at the school level, they attached little emotion to them; whereas, making sense of the reforms vis-à-vis their own classroom practice appeared to be a more emotional process for teachers. Critical reflection is important to vital process issues within social work practice; thus, it warrants attention in teaching and supervisory contexts. Autoethnography is a newer qualitative research methodology that uses the experiences of the author/researcher to extend social science understanding (Sparkes, 2000). In this article, the authors use autoethnography to frame critical reflection as a process of exploring social work knowledge and its potential implications, given that such knowledge is situated within fragmented and diverse selves and identities. Thus, good autoethnography is a unique way of accessing knowledge within intersubjective realities, which simultaneously generates a form of critical reflection (the comparison and assessment of emergent knowledge situated within selves and identities). Purposely incorporating an autoethnographic strategy, the authors draw from their experiences to show how personal narratives, the core of autoethnography, might be used to infuse critical reflection into social work education and practice.  相似文献

Abstract

One of the most problematic issues in the field of social work is the gap between practice and research. This paper describes the roles of the social work clinical practitioner and the social work researcher, and explores the role discontinuity that occurs as social work doctoral students' transition between these roles. A model illustrating the three possible routes that are taken during this role transition is introduced. Understanding the process of change that occurs as social work doctoral students shift roles has important implications for social work. Investigating these two roles can help doctoral programs support students during the difficult transition. Discovering how doctoral students bridge the gap between practice and research in their own experience may provide insight into how the field of social work as a whole can successfully address this gap.  相似文献

社会工作在我国属于新兴学科,自开始招生至今仅20余年。这期间,社会工作教育者们从未停止对社会工作实务教学的探索,但至今依然是教学难点,社会工作的教师身兼督导和教学双重任务往往会顾此失彼。基于此,找到一个适合于目前社会工作实务教学的场所和模式便十分重要。本文将高校作为社会工作实务教学的场所,社会工作专业学生的实务课程在教师的指导下展开,提供适当的社会工作服务以解决学生群体中存在的诸多问题,同时实现实务教学的要求。在高校实施社会工作实务教学,"网格化"是一种比较理想的模式。  相似文献
