探讨了双色素饲料中两种色素在各自吸收峰干扰较少的情况下，不进行色素的分离，以两种色素同时进行测定的分析方法。结果表明，本法测定柠檬黄和亮蓝的相对标准偏差分别为0．8％和3．3％，回收率分别为99．5％和100．3％，方法准确可靠，而且不需分离，简便快速。 相似文献

采用高效液相色谱方法分析槐米、槐花及片剂中芦丁的含量．在所用实验条件下，测定的峰面积具良好的重现性，其相对标准偏差为1．44％，在所选浓度0．108～0．648mg／mL范围内的标准曲线具有良好的线性关系，相关系数为0．9999，加标回收率为98．2％，表明该方法可用于槐树各部位及片剂中芦丁的含量测定． 相似文献

报道了用同时蒸馏-萃取装置(SDE)提取百合花的挥发性物质，测得百合花挥发油含量为5．43％，用GC/MS法从百合花的挥发油中分离确认出19种化学成分，占提取出的百合花挥发油总含量的99．56％．其主要成分在挥发油中的含量为：酸类化合物(2个)占18．44％，醇奥化合物(4个)占7．64％，酸类化合物(3个)占63．04％，醛类化合物(3个)占2.72％，烯烃类化合物(2个)占1．68％，萜类氧化物(3个)占2．45％，苯的衍生物(1个)占2．74％，酮类化合物(1个)占0．85％．并用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量． 相似文献

目的建立马来酸桂派齐特原料药溶剂残留的测定方法。方法采用项空进样气相色谱法,通过内标法以峰面积比计算来测定马来酸桂派齐特溶剂残留,并进行系统的方法学研究。结果本测定方法的系统适应性较好;线性关系测定结果表明,各溶剂浓度与其峰面积和内标丁酮的比值成良好的线性关系;测定方法定量限分别为丙酮8．5ng、乙醇101．4ng、二氯甲烷11．3ng;准确度试验好,丙酮的平均回收率为100．6％,RSD=1．12％、二氯甲烷的平均回收率为100．3％,RSD=I．39％、乙醇的平均回收率为99．7％,RSD=I．28％。结论内标法以峰面积比计算来测定马来酸桂派齐特溶剂残留,准确度好,适用于马来酸桂派齐特溶剂残留的检查。 相似文献

在pHl0的NH3-NH4C1缓冲溶液中，Cu(Ⅱ)-头孢唑啉钠络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生一灵敏的还原峰，其一次导数峰电位为-0．30V(vs．SCE)，峰电流与铜浓度在0．005—0．3mg／L范围内呈线性关系，检出限为0．0025mg／L。将该波用于人发及硫酸镍中铜含量的测定，并就极谱波的性质进行了探讨。 相似文献

建立超临界流体色谱法分离测定阿咖酚散中阿司匹林、咖啡因和对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法,并研究其影响因素．采用Kromasil Slica填充柱（250mm×4．6mm,5μm）,流动相为含18％甲醇的CO2,流速2．0mL/min,柱温50℃,背压20MPa,检测波长275nm．在测定范围内,对照品浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,以峰面积和保留时间计算精密度分别为阿司匹林0．38％,1．7％,咖啡因0．49％,1．88％和对乙酰氨基酚0．44％,1．09％．5min即可完成测定,且具有较好的重现性和线性关系． 相似文献
