身高标准体重指标与大学生身体成分的关系   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
为探讨身高标准体重指标与身体成分的关系,以220名普通大学生(男女各110名)为实验对象,通过测量其身高、体重与身体成分,结果发现身高标准体重指标与身体成分之间相关性极低(P〉0.05),而体重指数(BMI)、体脂百分比和腰臀比(WHR)与身体成分有高度相关性(P〈0.01)。结论:(1)《大学生体质健康标准》中身高标准体重指标不能客观有效地评价身体成分;(2)建议在《大学生体质健康标准》中,评价身体成分的指标宜选体脂百分比、BMI和WHR,首选为体脂百分比。  相似文献

本文运用文献资料法、测试调查法和数理分析法等方法,调查了河南省高校390名退休教师身体形态(身高、体重、腰围、臀围、上臂皮褶厚度和肩胛部皮褶厚度)6项指标,利用BMI和WHR综合分析,退休教师的身体形态具有明显的年龄特性,进一步分析退休教师身体形态的变化规律及存在的差异和原因,为研究河南省老年人体质健康状况和制订科学的健身方式提供科学数据。  相似文献

目的:利用生物电阻抗技术测量90名体育学院大学生的身体成分,并将身体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、体脂百分比(PBF)等指标做统计分析,探讨身体成分与运动之间的关系,为身体成分的优化提供科学依据。结果:不同组别之间的大学生身体成分存在显著差异,运动水平高的大学生身体成分相对具有优势。结论:身体成分与运动水平具有很高的相关性。  相似文献

本文用人体测量法研究了我国130名15—25岁男女冰雪运动员身体成分和特征,并通过人体测量指标和体脂率间的相关分析和逐步回归分析,制定了预计我国青少年冰雪运动员体脂率的多元回归方程式和评价标准。通过因素分析,提出青少年滑雪运动员男子宜选用肩胛部、上臂部、腰部皮褶厚度和腹围、小腿围;女子宜选用肩胛部、上臂部、腹部皮褶厚度和上臂围、身高。青少年滑冰运动员男子宜选用肩胛部、上臂部、腹部皮褶厚度和胸腹围、体重;女子宜选择上臂部、肩胛部皮褶厚度和大小腿围做为身体成分选材的指标。  相似文献

将40名老年女性随机分成太极组和快走组,分别进行16周,5次/周,1小时/次的太极拳和快走锻炼,使用韩国Inbody-3.0身体成分分析仪在锻炼前、后进行测试,选取体重、WHR(腰臀比)、BMI(身体质量指数)、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量、瘦体重7个指标进行描述统计.结果显示:太极拳组在体重、BMI、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标中锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),WHR指标锻炼前后差异具有极显著性(P<0.01).快走组在体重、BMI、WHR和脂肪质量指标锻炼前后差异具有显著性(P<0.05),而体脂百分比、肌肉重量和瘦体重指标锻炼前后差异不具有显著性(P>0.05).结论:16周的太极拳和快走锻炼均可以有效的减少体脂,降低体重;但太极拳锻炼可以更有效的增加肌肉重量和瘦体重质量.  相似文献

超重与肥胖影响着人们的健康,对肥胖评价的方法繁多,为探究哪种方法能更好地反映体重的真实情况,更好地指导学生对自身体重的认识,随机抽取152名女大学生,分别用身高标准体重法、身体质量指数法、多频率生物电阻抗法、WHR(腰臀比)法来判断研究对象的胖瘦特征。结果发现:身高标准体重法对低体重的判别标准过宽,不能反映实际情况,并且标准过于繁杂;BMI法能反映外观肥胖度,但不能反映体脂含量;WHR法能在一定程度上反映脂肪分布情况与外观肥胖度,又测量方法简便,易于学生自己操作;生物电阻抗—体脂百分比法能很好地反映身体的脂肪堆积情况,但由于仪器昂贵不能普及,建议用作科学研究。  相似文献

【目的】通过12周高强度间歇训练(HIIT)模式的搏击操运动与同等剂量的中等强度持续训练(MICT)模式的跑步运动对肥胖男大学生身体成分影响的比较分析,评价搏击操运动作为一种HIIT模式对肥胖男大学生身体成分影响的有效性。【方法】以30名肥胖男大学生为实验对象,以体重为匹配变量分为2组,MICT组和HIIT组,进行12周的运动干预。MICT组每周进行6天,每天32min跑步运动,运动强度为60-75%HRpeak。HIIT组每周进行6天,每天4次4min的搏击操运动,间歇期为2min的完全休息,每天运动时间为16min。运动强度为85-95%HRpeak。研究指标包括体重、BMI、WHR,脂肪质量、FMI、BF%、肌肉质量和LMI。【结果】(1)与干预前相比,MICT组和HIIT组肥胖男大学生干预后体重(p<0.01,p<0.01)、BMI(p<0.01,p<0.01)、WHR(p<0.01,p<0.01)、脂肪质量(p<0.01,p<0.01)、BF%(p<0.01,p<0.01)、FMI(p<0.01,p<0....  相似文献

采用文献资料法、测试法和数理统计法,对哈尔滨体育学院健美操专项大学生的体质和身体成分进行监测与评价,旨在了解健美操专项大学生体质和身体成分的变化趋势,为促进学生体质健康发展提供参考。结果显示,健美操专项大学生在四年间,身体形态中身高、体重和体重指数(BMI)变化不大,身体机能中的肺活量和台阶试验指数显著增加(P〈0.05),身体素质中的立定跳远以及男生的握力和女生的柔韧性显著提高(P〈0.05);身体成分中只有男生的体脂重量、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪面积和腰臀比指标都显著下降(P〈0.05),其余指标变化不显著。说明健美操运动训练可改善大学生的身体成分,减少脂肪含量,增加肌肉重量,从而增强呼吸和心血管系统机能,提高肌肉力量素质和柔韧素质。  相似文献

随机选取畲族男大学生292人进行体成分和体质测试,根据体成分分类标准分成正常组和肥胖组,对两组的体质测试结果进行对比分析,探讨畲族男大学生不同体成分对体质各项指标的影响,结果发现:肥胖组的身高、体重、BMI指数、脂肪百分比、胸围、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、肩胛皮褶厚度、腹部皮褶厚度、舒张压显著高于正常组,肥胖组的动力性力量和耐力显著低于正常组,两组的上臂皮褶厚度、肺功能、心血管机能、柔韧性、平衡能力和反应速度无显著差异.  相似文献

对广西重竞技小级别5个项目48名运动员进行体成份分析,结果发现:男子项目中,举重运动员的BMI、体脂百分比及腰臀比均明显高于古典跤、自由跤和拳击,差异有显著性(P<0.05);女子项目中,BMI和腰臀比存在明显差异(P<0.05);提示举重运动员应加强体成份控制,同时,有必要建立不同运动项目体成份的参照标准。  相似文献

采用文献资料法、比较研究法以及数理统计等方法,依据世界卫生组织关于BMI的分型标准对352名浙江警察学院大学男生的部分身体机能及身体形态指标进行统计分析,结果表明:①我校大学男生BMI指数在18.5≤BMI≤25的比例占研究样本的90.6%,总体处于较佳水平;②身高和胸围对肺活量都有显著影响,身体质量以及身高对肺活量的影响呈正相关;③体重超重学生在体脂肪、体脂百分比及腰臀脂肪比指标上与体重正常和处于过轻体重(低体重)的学生均存在非常显著差异。  相似文献

The primary purpose of this study was to determine if muscular endurance is affected by referenced waist circumference groupings, independent of body mass and subcutaneous abdominal fat, in women. This study also explored whether selected body composition measures were associated with muscular endurance. Eighty-four women were measured for height, weight, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), and abdominal skinfold thickness (SFAB) and performed 60-s sit-ups (SU) and maximal push-ups (PU) tests. Mean differences in SU and PU scores were tested across three groups based on WC as follows: WCG1 < 70 cm; WCG2 between 70 and 89 cm; WCG3 > or = 90 cm. There were no significant differences in SU and PU scores between WCG1 and WCG2. WCG3 had significantly lower SU and PU scores compared to the other groups. After adjusting for the influence of SFAB, BMI, and weight, the differences disappeared. The regression analysis revealed a two-variable (BMI and SFAB) model that accounted for the variation in SU performance. For PU, only BMI loaded into the regression model. The results of this study suggest that women with a WC > or = 90 cm have decreased muscular endurance compared to their lower WC counterparts. The purpose of this study was to determine the association of somatotype, body composition, and physical performance in 7- through 12-year-old boys. Two objective methods of measuring somatotype, Sheldon's trunk index method and Heath–Carter's anthropometric method, were used. Body composition was estimated as fat and lean body mass from 40K measurement, using a whole-body counter, and from two skinfold thickness measures. Physical performance measures consisted of three tests of running (mile run, 600-yd run and 50-yd dash) and two tests of jumping (standing broad jump and vertical jump). In general, somatotype components had lower correlations with running and jumping variables than did body composition or body size variables such as height, weight, and percent fat. Heath and Carter's third component, derived from the inverse ponderal index, correlated more closely with performance scores than did other components of somatotype. Somatotype components in combination with each other and with body size and body composition variables in a multiple regression analysis indicated little association with running performance, but some association with jumping. Mesomorphy and second component were the least significant somatotype components, as indicated by the standardized regression coefficients.  相似文献

对我国参加第27届奥运会游泳比赛的21名运动员进行了身高、体重、肢体长度、围度、躯干围度、皮褶厚度等21个基本形态和1个肺活量指标的测试.测试发现,由于我国有多名女子运动员的年龄偏小,身体发育还不够成熟,导致在身高、体重及克托莱指数上比第26届奥运会时有所下降,但仍远远好于日本运动员,肯定了中、日两国运动员成绩上的差距并不是身体条件的差距;我国运动员躯干形态的改善,更加符合人体在水中的运动模式,有效地减少了形态阻力,并与国外优秀运动员的身体形态更为接近;我国运动员的皮褶厚度和体脂%的增加却造成了一定的负面影响.  相似文献

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the anthropometric characteristics and body composition of wrestlers from the Italian national team. The study was carried out on a sample of 23 wrestlers (9 females and 14 males) aged 18–33 years. Various anthropometric measurements were performed (weight, height, sitting height, some girths and skinfold thicknesses) and anthropometric indices calculated (body mass index, cormic index, upper arm muscle area, upper arm fat area, and arm fat index). Body composition was assessed and minimum wrestling weight was determined based on a minimum body fat percentage of 5% for males and 12% for females. We undertook comparisons by sex, wrestling style (for males), and weight category. The comparison between men's and women's wrestling corroborated known differences between the sexes; the comparison between wrestling styles stressed the relevance of the cormic index. The most interesting finding of this study was that no female wrestler competed in a lower weight class than her minimum wrestling weight, even if all of them were heavier than values allowed for their weight class. Five of 14 male wrestlers competed in a weight class lower than their minimum wrestling weight, and all of them, except two, were heavier than the uppermost limit of their weight class.  相似文献
