学术创业是我国大学服务国家战略、加快自身发展的有效手段。学术创业的主体大学教师越来越多地涉足市场,不同程度地参与学术创业活动。然而,当大学教师同时承担"教师"和"创业者"的双重角色时,如果不能同时满足两个角色的要求,就会产生角色冲突。文章以角色冲突理论为基础,探究大学教师学术创业的角色间冲突,以及与学生尤其是研究生、非参与学术创业的大学教师和学校行政人员之间的角色外冲突,并从个人、人际关系、组织环境三个层面分析产生大学教师学术创业角色冲突的原因,提出相应的调适对策。  相似文献

建设廉洁政府,推进廉洁政治,很大程度上依靠对廉政文化的内在认同,廉政文化在规范和约束管理层的角色扮演方面发挥着重要的作用。现实中,组织中的管理层在角色扮演中常常产生角色失调现象,比如角色冲突、角色不清、角色偏差,甚至会导致角色失败。解决角色失调,从重塑廉政文化和增加管理层的廉政文化认同着手,形成制度上的他律和内在认同的自律,以引导管理层的角色实践,有利于当前的反腐倡廉建设。  相似文献

心理咨询师是我国中学心理教师的一个专业角色,然而在实际工作中,心理教师对心理咨询师的角色认同情况并不一致。采用质性研究方法,通过个案访谈,得出的结论是中学心理教师对心理咨询师的角色认同有三种:第一种,不认同自身是专业心理咨询师,在发生角色冲突时,将角色主要定位在心理健康教育教师上;第二种,认同学校心理咨询师的专业角色,并想着力发展这一角色;第三种,认同包括心理咨询师在内的多角色的整合,探索我国文化背景下本位化的心理健康服务模式。  相似文献

顶岗支教实习是高原地区教师职前培养和教育质量提升的关键之举。社会角色理论为顶岗支教实习教师角色建构提供了理论视角与分析框架,为高原地区顶岗支教实习教师角色定位和角色建构提供了重要视角。本研究遵循覆盖各专业类别、各类区域、各类实习学校的访谈对象抽样原则,以线上线下相结合的形式,通过对8名顶岗支教实习教师的深度访谈和编码提出,认为高原地区顶岗支教实习教师的角色具有转换性、实践性和情境性的特征。在角色冲突中表现出“理想教师”与“实际教师”的专业角色冲突,“局内人”与“局外人”的组织角色冲突、“城市人”与“乡村人”的社会角色冲突,顶岗支教实习教师角色的内在矛盾既是高校加强师范生职前实践性知识的依据,也是增强顶岗支教实习教师角色意识的必由之路。  相似文献

高校青年教师成为导师的过程中会遭遇角色适应的挑战,但在学术研究和实际管理中并没有引起相应的重视。研究基于三元交互决定理论构建导师角色适应分析框架,通过对22名“双一流”建设高校青年教师的深入访谈发现,导师角色适应存在先验主导型、任务取向型、主体关怀型三种类型,青年教师在适应导师角色时会受到个体认知、信念、指导行为、院校制度、社会规范和学生特征等因素的交互影响。针对初任导师角色适应的特点,高校应注重导师角色准备期的前置教育和实践锻炼,重视导师角色探索期的个性化指导与支持,加强导师角色发展期的政策激励与制度保障,以此来有效提升青年初任导师的角色适应能力。  相似文献

This study examined how different stakeholders in school (principals, teachers, parents) conceptualize teachers' role breadth, i.e., whether they define given behaviors commonly assumed to be OCBs as in-role or extra-role behaviors. Drawing on a survey of 29 principals, 245 teachers and 345 parents, the results showed that principals and teachers defined more teachers' OCBs in general and toward the school as in-role behaviors than parents did; parents defined more teachers' OCBs toward the student as in-role behaviors than teachers did. A wide variety of possible school interventions is indicated, each with the potential for far broader improvements in school effectiveness.  相似文献

Based on Kemmerer's earlier work on teacher incentives, this study examined the extent that teacher incentives (or the type that might be influenced by central ministries of education) were related to teachers' instructional practices and career satisfaction of junior secondary school teachers in Botswana. Results indicated that the level of incentives teachers received was meaningfully related to teachers' career satisfaction, but was not related to teachers' classroom teaching practices. Findings suggest that, while incentives to improve teachers' overall career satisfaction might stimulate teacher recruitment and encourage retention in teaching, those incentives would not necessarily lead to improved instructional practices.  相似文献

The study compares the satisfaction ratings of future and current elementary school teachers with respect to the main aspects of school organization and administration. Data were collected from 66 in-service teachers and 79 preservice teachers in Cyprus. The application of factor analysis on the data resulted in the identification of the following main dimensions of school organization: headmaster's role, school organization, school climate, teacher incentives/work conditions, inspector's role and teachers' role. The comparison of the satisfaction ratings of future and current teachers on the above factors produced the following findings: first, the ratings of the two groups differed significantly for the first four factors. Secondly, future teachers reported lower satisfaction ratings than their in-service counterparts in the headmaster's role, school organization and school climate factors and higher ratings on the teacher incentives/work conditions factor.These discrepancies are considered to constitute causes of concern for educational policy-makers. The high expectations of future teachers on the teacher incentives/work conditions factor are viewed as a probable subsequent cause of cognitive dissonance and job dissatisfaction. On the other hand, the low expectations of future teachers with respect to three factors (headmaster's role, school organization, school climate) are likely to reduce their initial enthusiasm for their job. The implications of the findings for teacher training programmes are discussed, and suggestions are made on ways of reducing discrepancies between the expectations of future teachers and the realities of the workplace.  相似文献

通过对淮安市两所规模较大的民办中学教师的专业发展意识现状的调查,发现了以下几个问题:大多数民办中学教师当教师的动机不纯正;教师工作满意度与所教学科密切;担任班主任的教师比没有担任班主任的专业技能好;民办中学教师参与校外培训进修活动时间少;民办中学教师专业发展自我感觉良好,多数教师选择维持现状。在此基础上提出了可行性建议。  相似文献

In the practice of teacher education, most would agree that critical reflection in and on the process of learning to teach and the activities of teaching play a central role in teachers' professional development. Using Vygotskian sociocultural theory, we examine how narrative inquiry functions as a culturally developed tool that mediates teachers' professional development. We analyzed narratives written by three teachers of English as a second/foreign language set in three different instructional contexts. Our analysis suggests an interwoven connection between emotion and cognition, which drove these teachers to search for mediational tools to help them externalize their experiences. The activity of engaging in narrative inquiry created a mediational space where teachers were able to draw upon various resources, such as private journals, peers and ‘expert’ or theoretical knowledge, that allow them to reconceptualize and reinternalize new understandings of themselves as teachers and their teaching activities. The intersection of experiential and ‘expert’ knowledge provided a discourse through which these teachers named experiences and constructed a basis upon which they grounded their transformed understandings of themselves as teachers and their teaching. Depending on where these teachers were in their professional development when they wrote their narratives, we uncovered evidence of idealized conceptions of teaching with commitment to action as well as the transformation of teachers' material activities. Implications for the role teachers' narrative inquiry may play in teacher education programs are provided.  相似文献

At the end of a decade of enhanced marketisation in schools, this article considers the subjective meanings attached to educational marketing by school teachers and the ways they construct and interpret teachers' 'idealised' and 'actual' involvement and contribution to school marketing. Through semi-structured interviews with 12 secondary school teachers from the south of England, the study revealed teachers' perceptions of and attitudes towards competition, marketing and education, their awareness of the marketing activities of their schools, the teachers' role in marketing the school and the perceived impact of the market upon teachers' well being. The results show that there is no coherent, organised view of education marketing among teachers in the study but rather that there are a number of inchoate voices amongst teachers concerning their role in school marketing. Broadly, two voices are revealed that reflect a cognitive dissonance which may exist among school teachers in the era of marketisation. This dissonance may stem from teachers' ideology-based difficulty in perceiving marketing as part of school life, while at the same time, they are aware of its importance to the school's success.  相似文献

This article challenges the 'ghettoisation' of play in Early Years contexts and argues for a reassertion of its underlying importance for learning throughout the primary school and beyond. It argues for a rethinking of play in terms of 'flow' and the implications for teachers' understanding of their role when they intervene and participate 'inside the flow' of children's play. It illustrates and addresses these issues, which are crucial if 'lifelong learning' is to be anything other than a rhetorical gesture, through the experiences of teachers, trainees and children and challenges the 'mindblindness' of many current attitudes towards teaching and learning.  相似文献

A national reform in Israeli seminaries for teachers reclassified them as teachers' colleges. Ten years later the views of faculty members of one teachers' college about this reform were examined. The findings pertained (1) to the nature of academic upgrading, which was vague for most faculty, as it comprised a set of purely organizational changes which were either achieved or will be completed in the future; and (2) to the form of the ultimate college, which looked similar to a university in awarding a degree, yet lacking all the substantial characteristics of academic culture. The failure to achieve institutional transformation and the disparity between the views of the reformers and the faculty were attributed to the nature of the imposed top-down macro-level organizational change with little faculty involvement which led to the continuance of the previous teachers' seminary culture. Suggestions are made for prospective higher education reformers to help them to avoid this outcome.  相似文献

大中小学思政课一体化是中央与地方高度重视的工作实践,也是学术界研究的前沿领域。教师是实施大中小学思政课一体化的最重要主体。从教师的视角切入,采用实证研究方法,对S市A区大中小学思政课一体化进行量化和质性分析。大中小学思政课教师的任教学段呈“金字塔型”分布,累积执教时间呈“哑铃型”分布,师资数量相对丰沛,但中坚力量较为缺乏。思政教师对大中小学思政课一体化的认知度、参与度和支持度三者彼此间存在显著正相关关系,对大中小学思政课一体化成效评价较高。就影响因素来讲,实证发现教师队伍专职化水平、工作年限与大中小学思政课一体化有显著相关性,教学环境水平、学段交流度与大中小学思政课一体化呈正相关关系。研究发现为推进大中小学思政课一体化的政策建议提供了依据。  相似文献
