中小学教师远程培训网络课程的调研与分析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
目前,通过网络课程开展学习的远程培训方式已经成为开展中小学教师继续教育,促进教师专业发展的重要途径.本文依托广州市继续教育网络课程,采用问卷法、访谈法以及案例分析法,对其课程现状和发展需求进行调研,主要包括:中小学教师接受网络课程学习的认同度,参与网络课程学习的情况,网络课程的学习支持服务和学习辅导状况,网络课程的内容设计、活动设计、技术设计、资源建设,中小学教师对网络课程的发展需求等;并分析提出了加强网络课程的系统规划、课程活动设计、课程内容设计、反馈评价帮助、提升教师的课程自主学习能力等网络课程建设的优化策略.  相似文献

鉴于混合学习模式在普通高校的应用优势和趋势,混合学习已成为高校教学改革的重要内容。基于高校网络教学平台的混合学习模式应用,将为高校教学改革提供一个新的思路。通过分析高校师范专业必修课程《现代教育技术》混合学习设计需求,构建了基于高校网络教学平台的《现代教育技术》课程混合学习模式,设计了该课程的混合学习实施流程图,并从混合学习的学习环境、学习内容、学习资源、学习活动、学习评价等方面,阐述该课程是如何基于网络教学平台进行混合学习实践。课程混合学习实施结果显示:教师教育技术能力、网络课程内容设计、网络课程学习导航、网络学习活动设计与组织、及时的师生互动交流、学生的信息素养、学生网络学习参与度、师生对网络学习的认可度等因素对混合学习的有效实施有重要影响。基于高校网络教学平台开展混合学习的对策主要包括加强网络教师培训;重视混合学习环境设计;强化混合学习活动设计与组织;提供在线学习辅导与支持;明确学校激励措施与网络教学发展政策。  相似文献

Robust design and optimization for autonomous PV-wind hybrid power systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This study presents a robust design method for autonomous photovoltaic (PV)-wind hybrid power systems to obtain an optimum system configuration insensitive to design variable variations. This issue has been formulated as a constraint multi-objective optimization problem, which is solved by a multi-objective genetic algorithm, NSGA-II. Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method, combined with Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS), is applied to evaluate the stochastic system performance. The potential of the proposed method has been demonstrated by a conceptual system design. A comparative study between the proposed robust method and the deterministic method presented in literature has been conducted, The results indicate that the proposed method can find a large mount of Pareto optimal system configurations with better compromising performance than the deterministic method. The trade-off information may be derived by a systematical comparison of these configurations, The proposed robust design method should be useful for hybrid power systems that require both optimality and robustness.  相似文献

The article addresses the general educational concepts of engineering design together with the contrast of current instruction techniques in tertiary institutions. Work at Melbourne is reviewed in this context with particular reference to matching educational objectives to current educational theory. A case study in engineering design is evaluated against this frame of reference and some educational hypotheses are proposed. The notion of design thinking is becoming more concrete nowadays, as design researchers and practitioners study the thinking processes involved in design and employ the concept of design thinking to foster better solutions to complex and ill‐defined problems. The goal of the present research is to develop a cognitive activity‐based design methodology for novice visual communication designers, which will be achieved by mapping the findings from a comparative analysis of novice and expert visual communication designers' thinking processes onto the prospective methodology. Under the proposed methodology, activity modes take place in a chronological flow under specific guidelines involving various forms of design cognition. The guidelines correlate to design phases from problem structuring to detailed design and to the cognitive processes of divergent and convergent thinking. The methodology gives open‐ended instruction to novices endeavouring to proceed with the design process, solve complex design problems and make better design decisions. This research has value for its unique approach to methodology development. Furthermore, the proposed methodology provides guidance for more effective cognitive activities during the design process and holds potential for implementation in design education due to its focus on the needs of novice designers.  相似文献

As an important element in sustainable building design, the building envelope has been witnessing a constant shift in the design approach. Integrating multi-objective optimization (MOO) into the building envelope design process is very promising, but not easy to realize in an actual project due to several factors, including the complexity of optimization model construction, lack of a dynamic-visualization capacity in the simulation tools and consideration of how to match the optimization with the actual design process. To overcome these difficulties, this study constructed an integrated building envelope design process (IBEDP) based on parametric modelling, which was implemented using Grasshopper platform and interfaces to control the simulation software and optimization algorithm. A railway station was selected as a case study for applying the proposed IBEDP, which also utilized a grid-based variable design approach to achieve flexible optimum fenestrations. To facilitate the stepwise design process, a novel strategy was proposed with a two-step optimization, which optimized various categories of variables separately. Compared with a one-step optimization, though the proposed strategy performed poorly in the diversity of solutions, the quantitative assessment of the qualities of Pareto-optimum solution sets illustrates that it is superior.  相似文献

In order to enhance the reliability of an uncertain structure with interval parameters and reduce its chance of function failure under potentially critical conditions, an interval reliability-based design optimization model is constructed. With the introduction of a unified formula for efficiently computing interval reliability, a new concept of the degree of interval reliability violation (DIRV) and the DIRV-based preferential guidelines are put forward for the direct ranking of various design vectors. A direct interval optimization algorithm integrating a nested genetic algorithm (GA) and the Kriging technique is proposed for solving the interval reliability-based design model, which avoids the complicated model transformation process in indirect ones and yields an interval solution that provides more insights into the optimization problem. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by a numeric example. Finally, the proposed direct reliability-based design optimization method is applied to the optimization of a press upper beam with interval uncertain parameters, the results of which demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness in engineering.  相似文献

Recently, there has been an increased interest in producing electronic courses. However, literature shows that adopting e-learning does not guarantee improved learning. This is because mixing technology and content does not necessarily yield effective learning. This paper presents a systematic design process for developing blended courses for undergraduate higher education. The instructional design process is based on instructional design theories and utilized three taxonomies: Bloom Taxonomy, Redeker Taxonomy and Guerra scale. A mapping model is proposed and embedded in the design process to develop a blended course starting from the objectives and content of a traditional course. This paper also presents a evaluation process that estimates the effectiveness of the selected technologies in the design of the blended course. This effectiveness is evaluated in terms of three dimensions: course content formats, interaction and collaboration. A case study is presented to demonstrate the proposed design approach on a System Analysis and Design blended course under development.  相似文献
