中国大陆对于聋文化的研究几乎是空白,台湾和香港地区的同类研究也不多.我国的聋教育工作者往往只把注意力集中在语文和口语教学上,但收效一般.在新世纪,继续发展和改革聋教育是特殊教育界而临的重要课题.充分地解读聋文化对进一步提高聋人教育水平、聋人的经济状况、聋人群体的人权意识和自我意识至关重要.本文通过探讨聋文化概念的界定以及对聋文化研究的若干事件的回顾,阐述了当前在中国大陆开展聋文化研究的重要性与必要性. 相似文献

1996年日本的"聋文化宣言",乃是一篇对聋人进行重新界定的战斗檄文,它宣称"残疾人"云云,只不过是听人给聋人贴上的标签。聋人并没有把自己看做是残疾人,失去听力本身并不必然意味着痛苦,痛苦更可能来自生活在听人世界与听人相处过程中所受到的种种歧视和偏见,以及基于这些歧视和偏见之上的一厢情愿的意志强加。聋人的世界本是一个完整的世界,聋人与听人语言不同、文化不同,问题的本质不在生理的缺陷而在文化的差异。在把聋人的世界看作是一个完整的世界之意义上来谈论聋教育,教育社会学为分析权力政治、社会不平等、文化再生产等问题提供了新的视角。 相似文献

通过尽可能原汁原味地呈现聋教育界的一次座谈会的记录文本,试图展现聋教育改革的鲜活的过程以及非政府组织作为一支重要的社会力量对教育改革的影响与参与。分析表明,聋人或许是一种异文化的存在或者是一种跨文化的存在的观点至少目前还很难为许多从事教育行政工作和教育实践工作的人所接受。而作为非政府组织的爱德基金会坚持一种社会工作式的聋教育理念,试图从聋人的立场出发自下而上地去帮助聋人,倡导着一种双语双文化的聋教育。 相似文献
