在教学督导看来,教师教学行为是课堂教学评价的对象。根据课堂教学行为研究范式,课堂教学督导评价的理论分析框架应包括教师行为、教师认知与教学情境三个环节。而这一理论框架也符合布迪厄的实践逻辑理论,从而也建构起了课堂教学督导评价的实践解释框架,该框架涉及教师期望、教学情境、教学设计、教学内容、教学方法与教学效果。 相似文献

随着核心素养在学科实践中的深入,问题提出教学的重要性日益凸显。然而要把问题提出的理论知识转换为问题提出的教学实践,考验着教师在特定情境中运用教学知识的能力。这种能力被西方教育者称为“教师关注”,它是沟通教师知识信念和教学行为的桥梁。本研究以教师关注为切入口,通过设计问题提出情境中的教师关注框架和相关策略,帮助教师实施和改进问题提出教学。文章的论述围绕“哪些内容是问题提出单元设计和改进中教师有必要关注的”“如何帮助教师关注到这些内容”以及“教师关注到这些内容后教学实践发生了什么样的变化”三个问题展开,分别对应促进框架的设计、实施和改进。开发和改进框架的场景发生于与一名小学教师的单元教学合作中,通过教研验证了框架的可行性,并从六个方面进一步具化了框架中问题提出任务的教师关注内容。研究还汇报了干预后该教师的变化:加深了对问题提出知识的运用,拓宽了关注内容,丰富了关注立场,从而促进了其问题提出的教学实践。 相似文献

2012年,洛杉矶教师联盟（UTLA）出台了新的教师发展和评价框架（TDEF）.该框架旨在“以一种综合、连贯的方式改进每一间教室中的教与学”.其基本框架包括两个部分：定期的多种测量的总结性评价和基于总结性评价做出的形成性的专业发展支持.后者又包括对熟手教师提供的专业发展活动和对非熟手教师提供的干预和指导活动.这些评价的依据都是加州教学专业标准.该框架的特点体现在四个方面：基于标准的评价定位、促进导向的评价信念、多种证据的评价依据、综合连贯的评价体系. 相似文献

在乡村振兴战略背景下，乡村教师队伍成为振兴乡村教育、助力乡村未来发展的有生力量。人工智能技术的发展对乡村教师的教学能力提出新的要求，如何发展和培养乡村教师的智能素养成为迫切需要解决的问题。乡村教师的智能素养包括AI教育意识、AI教育知识、AI教学能力与AI教育规范4个维度，其相较于原来的教师教育技术能力标准要求，两者既能建立起彼此“桥接”的框架，也能实现对教师教育技术能力标准的超越，如扩大“意识”的对象与目标，扩展“知识”的结构与范围，提高“能力”的水平、范围及核心要求，提升“规范”的品质与层次要求，以及增益智能素养的知能情感。依据该“桥接”框架，乡村教师智能素养发展大致需要经历智能知识与技能形成、智能技术运用、规范与意识、智能素养形成4个阶段。为了保障乡村教师智能素养培养的落实，既需要教育管理部门出台相关智能教育配套政策以鼓励和引领乡村教师积极开展智能教学实践，也需要学校提供共性标配和特色选配的基础条件以及针对不同阶段提供相应的教育实践指南等实践条件支持。 相似文献

本研究通过文献分析法与德尔菲法,对我国教师的“拔尖创新人才培育素养”框架进行探索性建构。该框架以拔尖创新人才核心素养为逻辑起点,以国际上关于资优教育教师的专业素养理念为借鉴,以教师专业素养结构“三维说”作为一级指标的建构依据。通过三轮德尔菲法对三个级别指标进行意见征询,综合吸纳12位专家意见,建构起以专业知识素养、专业能力素养、专业精神素养为一级指标,并包括12个二级指标、31个三级指标的中国教师“拔尖创新人才培育素养”框架,各素养指标之间呈现出互依共生性、权重均衡性与发展协同性。在此基础上,研究就“课程教学——嵌入式实践——主题拓展”三个方面提出针对师范生拔尖创新人才培育素养的培养策略建议。 相似文献
