高校国防教育隐性课程是隐性课程在高校国防教育领域的一个分支,是高校国防教育课程的重要组成部分,对增强高校国防教育效果、推动高校国防教育的目标实现具有重要意义.文章阐述了高校国防教育隐性课程的概念,指出其弥补高校国防教育课程教育效果不足、顺应高校国防教育课程时代发展要求,以及有利于高校国防教育课程结构体系完整性的作用,并着重分析了高校国防教育隐性课程精神、制度、物质和行为层面构成要素.  相似文献

我国高等教育已经步入了大众化教育的发展阶段,加强高校课程考试与考试管理是提高教学质量和教学管理水平的重要手段。文章界定了高校课程考试与考试管理,针对当前高校课程考试与考试管理中存在的问题,结合实际,提出了加强高校课程考试的具体措施。实践表明,对于学科门类较多的高校课程考试,考试方式、考试方法、考试形式、试题库建设、考试管理制度以及考试常规管理上的创新,是科学有效地对所开设课程进行考试管理的重要举措。  相似文献

The article presents results of the evaluation of the GLOBE program (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) in the Czech Republic. The evaluation explores the implementation of the program in schools and its impact on research skills. Four hundred and sixty six pupils, aged 13, from 28 different schools participated in the evaluation. The evaluation revealed problems with the implementation of the program in schools. The majority of pupils usually collect data and work with worksheets in the program. The other activities, such as the analysis and comparison of collected data or planning GLOBE activities, are done only occasionally or never. Although one of the main goals of the program is to develop pupils' research skills, the program had no measurable effect on this outcome. According to these results, changes in the way the program is implemented are needed. Recommendations for further program development and evaluation are discussed.  相似文献

New teachers are often required to go through an induction program in order to become fully certified. Induction programs are varied and the overall picture regarding their implementation is uneven. The present paper addresses the gap between program policy and implementation regarding various aspects of the Israeli teacher induction program. Data obtained from program documents, interviews, questionnaires, and observation in a large-scale formative evaluation revealed discrepancies between intentions and implementation regarding all program components. Implementation difficulties are discussed mainly in relation to obstacles inherent in the education system.  相似文献

The National Cancer Institute supports our research on the Goals for Health (GFH) program as a part of their priority to reduce cancer incidence. GFH consists of a 12-workshop 6th-grade program led by trained high-school leaders and a 10-workshop 7th-grade program taught by health instructors. The 6th-grade program occurs in small groups, and includes goal-setting activities, skits, videos, and healthy snacks. Challenges to program integrity are intensified due to the fact high-school volunteers implement the entire 6th-grade program. Strategies for optimizing program implementation of the peer-led component of GFH are presented in light of their feasibility at 6 rural middle schools in Virginia and New York. Modifications for future implementation of the 6th-grade component of GFH are presented as well as implications for peer-led community-based prevention efforts.  相似文献

To implement structural hybrid simulation independent of the control system of any testing equipment in civil engineering, an external command control approach is put forward. Several setup technologies and the corresponding API approaches are investigated to simultaneously combine numerical simulation with physical testing. Hybrid program technology is put forward and described in detail, using Visual C++ program to effectively and accurately control testing equipment and MATLAB program to implement numerical simulation with easy extension. The control program of testing equipment and numerical simulation program are integrated by calling MATLAB engine in Visual C++. A hybrid simulation about a full-scale six-story masonry structure is carried out. The testing results manifest that the external command control approach has the versatility because of simple hardware connection and control program independent on control software of testing equipment; powerful program function of Visual C++ and flexible program of MATLAB are integrated by hybrid program technology; hybrid simulation system provides a realistic and cost-effective testing platform that enables earthquake engineer researchers to accurately and efficiently capture the seismic performance of large or complex structures without having to carry out physical testing of the entire structure.  相似文献

This article describes a model for implementing an affective education program which was developed using systems analysis techniques. The following seven independent and interdependent functions are identified and described: obtain community involvement, conduct needs assessment, specify program goals, select program materials, prepare for program installation, implement affective education program, and evaluate affective education program. The use of experts and an affective education advisory board is recommended to facilitate program implementation. In addition, assessment techniques and a team approach for remediation are described.  相似文献

This ethnography documents how the message of sustainability was interpreted and communicated through a sustainable agricultural (SAG) program at an American higher education institution. The ethnography documents the evolution of the program as the program tackled obstacles and accomplished its goals during the initial phases of the program’s development. A cultural communication framework is established in order to analyze the agitative, oppositional, intracommunal, and ritual communication utilized by the program’s members. The ethnography argues that the strategies and tactics employed by the SAG program alongside its curriculum and instruction are similar to the choices made by oppositional social movements. Findings reveal that when chosen and implemented intelligently, these strategies are as useful for a social movement within established academic institutions as they are for groups outside of them. The ethnography also highlights the importance of ritual communication as part of both education and social movement interactions.  相似文献

开放教育课程管理机制分为课程准入机制和课程清理机制两部分。课程准入机制包括课程来源和课程准入方式两方面,课程准入方式又分为课程的“实体性”准入标准和“程序性”准入标准;课程清理机制包括课程的“实体性”评价和“程序性”清理机制。目前,我国开放教育课程管理机制的框架已经形成,但某些管理的细节研究有待深入,如课程来源渠道需要拓宽,课程准入把关不严,课程退出机制还远未形成等。  相似文献

县域经济是国民经济的重要基础,既是"民生经济",也是生态经济。科学的县域经济规划既是县域经济发展的根本保证,也是提高综合国力和国际竞争力的迫切要求。县域经济规划必须立足县域实际,推动壮大县域经济总量,着力解决城乡二元结构矛盾,提高县域综合竞争力,促进县域社会经济可持续发展。科学的县域经济规划体系应该包括发展战略规划、产业规划、交通网络规划、乡镇及驻地规划、县城建设规划和城镇区位职能规划等。重视"借脑工程",完善民主参与监督体制,推动县域经济民营化,是县域经济规划体系科学性的基本保证。  相似文献

This paper examines the summer component of a year-long professional development program. The program was developed based on recent models of effective professional development that indicate that teachers should guide the direction and focus of the professional development program. Specific activities in the summer program were adapted from a long-running, successful program for university faculty development. In this study we explore the conceptions of inquiry teachers developed during the program, as well as the products teachers created. The discrepancies between program goals and the teachers’ products and conceptions are described and reasons for these differences explored. The results suggest that engaging teachers in identifying key issues in their own professional development is an effective strategy.  相似文献
