雷氏大疣蛛(Macrothele raveni)是最近发现的异仿蛛科大疣蛛属的蜘蛛新种.雷氏大疣蛛毒素-V就是以该蜘蛛粗毒为原料,利用阴、阳离子交换层析和反相高效液相色谱分离纯化得到并命名的一种新型蜘蛛毒素.利用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱仪分析得知它的相对分子质量为3133.48;通过初步活性研究证明雷氏大疣蛛毒素-V是一种昆虫专一性神经毒素.  相似文献

对药用植物牛膝的染色体制备技术进行了初步研究与改进。以牛膝的根尖为试验材料,运用8-羟基喹啉,风油精和变温处理法进行前处理,结合去壁低渗-火焰干燥法中的低渗处理对牛膝染色体标本的制备方法进行了大胆探索。结果表明:采用8-羟基喹啉对牛膝进行前处理结合低渗处理可以获得良好的染色体图像。  相似文献

利用具有优良抗逆性状基因的中国野生葡萄与品质好的栽培品种杂交培育优质、抗逆性强的综合性新品种,是解决现有品种存在抗性差问题的有效途径,而染色体鉴定是葡萄多倍体诱导和杂交育种的基础.分别以葡萄的幼芽、茎尖、幼叶、卷须和根尖为材料,利用去壁低渗-压片法和改良苯酚品红染色法探讨葡萄染色体鉴定最适合的材料和方法.结果显示,幼芽和根尖在有丝分裂中期的细胞数最多,最适合做染色体制片的材料,其次为卷须、茎尖和幼叶组织;综合取材难易、试剂及程序方法复杂的程度,去壁低渗-压片法适合取材比较容易的幼芽组织;改良苯酚品红染色法程序适合根尖细胞.为葡萄染色体鉴定提供了最有效的借鉴方法.  相似文献

本文探讨了秋水仙素浓度、处理时间、低渗液浓度、固定次数及染色液等对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体制片效果的影响。根据直观分析得出了制作小鼠骨髓细胞染色体标本的最佳条件是:4.0g/L秋水仙素处理时间3小时,0.075M的KCl溶液低渗、两次固定、两次离心、改良石碳酸品红染液染色,可得到大量图像清晰、长度适中、分散良好的中期细胞分裂相。  相似文献

作者自1989年~1995年,历时7年对青州市郊的苹果园、桃园、山楂园蜘蛛群落采用无返回取样法进行系统调查.结果表明:果园蜘蛛群落的组成计19科、76种,其中以狼蛛科、蟹蛛科、管巢蛛科及跳蛛科的数量占优势.由于人为等因素的干扰,群落季节消长不显,其垂直分布以下部蛛量为多,三种果园蜘蛛群落多样性分布值为苹果园>桃园>山楂园.  相似文献

通过对沙打旺种植地的调查,发现有11科25属37种蜘蛛.7月上、中旬出现的优势种为印痕球蛛(Theridion impressum),7月下旬出现的有条纹花蟹蛛(Xysticus striatipes)和黑侏儒蛛(Meioneta nigra),8月下旬偶见有田野豹蛛(Pardosa agrestis),但在4块样地内,自8月初到9月初,优势种基本上为条纹花蟹蛛.分析了蜘蛛生物学特性、植被情况、土壤情况和人事活动对蜘蛛群落结构和优势种群消长变化的影响,分析的结果可为草地害虫的综合防治提供参考.  相似文献

应用酶解去壁法制备蝴蝶兰染色体标本,对供试材料的选取、预处理方法、酶解时间和温度加以探索.实验结果显示,换盆后14~20d的盆苗嫩根根尖分裂活性最高、中期分裂相较多.剪取长1cm左右的根尖用O.002M的8-羟基喹啉在18℃预处理4h,卡诺固定液固定2~24h,再用4%纤维素酶和1%果胶酶的混合酶液在25℃下酶解1.5h,能获得高质量的制片,染色体在载玻片上分散良好、形态清晰.  相似文献

Abstract

As early childhood teacher educators, we are thoroughly immersed in conversations about developmentally appropriate practice. Whether teachers should incorporate the use of food as learning materials is a case in point. As with many other concerns we ponder in our field, our task must be to define, clarify, and consider multiple perspectives in the pursuit of a rational justification of our position. In this paper we report the results of our careful review of theory and research that leads us to propose that using food as art material violates principles of best practice for three main reasons, because it: (1) teaches young children that it is acceptable to eat play materials and to play with food, (2) teaches young children that it is acceptable practice to waste limited resources, (3) violates many premises of multicultural education, or teaching children about diverse ethnic groups.  相似文献

以豌豆根尖细胞为材料,用5种品牌的废旧干电池的混合液配制成体积比为5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%(V废旧电池液/V蒸馏水)和原液为诱变剂染色体压片技术,测定豌豆根尖细胞的微核率,染色体畸变率和有丝分裂指数等指标.结果表明:不同体积比的废旧电池液均能诱发豌豆根尖细胞较高的微核和染色体畸变,在5%-25%体积比内,微核率随电池液体积比的增加而升高,当体积比大于25%后,微核率逐渐下降;不同体积比的电池液均能降低根尖细胞有丝分裂指数.废旧电池液对豌豆根尖细胞有较强的遗传毒性.  相似文献

Although peer-based work is encouraged by theories in developmental psychology and although classroom interventions suggest it is effective, there are grounds for recognising that young pupils find collaborative learning hard to sustain. Discontinuities in collaborative skill during development have been suggested as one interpretation. Theory and research have neglected situational continuities that the teacher may provide in management of formal and informal collaborations. This experimental study, with the collaboration of the science faculty in one urban secondary college, investigated the effect of two role attribution strategies on communication in peer groups of different gender composition in three parallel Year 8 science classes. The group were set a problem that required them to design an experiment to compare the thermal insulating properties of two different materials. This presents the data collected and key findings, and reviews the findings from previous parallel studies that have employed the same research design in different school settings. The results confirm the effectiveness of social role attribution strategies in teacher management of communication in peer-based work.  相似文献

Over the last few years we have engaged children and young people in participatory photography projects in a diverse range of international contexts. The projects, diverse as they are, have been school-based and primarily focused on students' experiences of educational inclusion/exclusion. Photographs taken by students can stimulate conversations in which different perspectives are shared and considered. Whilst this process is meaningful within a local context, it is also compelling to reflect more widely on what children and young people's photographs and commentary (and through these their interpretations of their educational experiences) have to tell and, indeed, show us about educational inclusion globally. In this paper, we begin by explaining what we mean by the term 'educational inclusion', and consider what methodological relevance the participatory photography has for engaging in research with children and young people about their educational experiences. We then briefly describe the contexts of the projects this paper draws on, which took place in the UK, Zambia and Indonesia. In the main body of the paper, we will look across these international projects and consider a selection of students' photographs and interpretations in relation to several broad themes about educational inclusion which they suggest.  相似文献

In today’s global age, it is important for young students to develop multiple perspectives. Some of the standards that today’s teachers are required to adhere to include an understanding of different cultures. The National Council for the Social Studies, for example, indicates that teachers should provide instruction that complies with various thematic standards which include teaching about global connections and cultural diversity. To encourage young students to develop multiple perspectives, teachers need to pay attention not only to how they teach, but also to what they teach. Educators can guide students to develop cross-cultural understanding at an early age by using well-written picture book biographies which represent people from diverse backgrounds. This article explains what multiple perspectives are and offers resources and strategies for educators that will help young students develop an understanding of the frames of reference that different groups of people hold. It also emphasizes the importance of developing multiple viewpoints at a young age.  相似文献
