随着市场竞争的日益激烈和消费需求的多样变化,传统制造企业需要通过服务化转型来保持竞争优势.利用2018年中国上市制造企业的样本数据实证检验了大数据、服务化水平对企业绩效的影响机理,结果表明:大数据技术的应用对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,服务化水平在该影响过程中发挥中介作用,员工素质正向调节服务化水平与企业绩效之间的关系.最后,从政府和企业角度提出了实现大数据驱动下制造企业服务化转型升级,促进企业绩效提升的政策建议.  相似文献

以2013年A股制造业上市公司为研究对象,实证分析了股权结构与公司绩效之间的关系。结果表明我国A股制造业上市公司的股权集中度与公司绩效之间呈负相关关系;股权制衡程度与公司绩效之间呈正相关关系,但是相关性不显著;国有股股东持股比例与公司绩效呈负相关关系;高级管理人员持股比例与公司绩效呈负相关关系。  相似文献

我国农村信用合作社的改革和发展对建设社会主义新农村具有重要的意义.建立符合时代发展、符合地方实际、符合组织优化建设原则的绩效管理机制是农村信用社能否持续健康发展的关键因素之一.永州市农村信用社的绩效管理依然沿袭着旧有的模式和方法,存在着绩效管理核心目的不明确,与战略实施脱节,权责不一,忽视员工参与,员工素质较低等问题,因此必须重新定位其绩效管理的目的,依据平衡记分卡构建KPI体系,注重绩效管理的科学性和艺术性,实行绩效管理的双向沟通,创建学习型组织,进一步提高组织效率和员工素质,充分发挥服务"三农"的功能.  相似文献

通过对安徽省文化产业中228名员工的问卷调查,研究变革型领导与员工工作绩效之间的关系,尤其是员工沉默行为是否在变革型领导与员工工作绩效之间发挥中介作用,研究结果表明变革型领导与员工工作绩效存在显著的正相关关系,并且进一步发现员工默许性沉默、防御性沉默在变革型领导与员工工作绩效之间起部分中介的作用,而亲社会性沉默没有发挥中介作用。同时,员工沉默行为与员工工作绩效之间存在显著的负相关关系。  相似文献

通过从理论上分析企业规模、人力资源冗余与校企合作创新绩效的关系,并基于中国制造企业的实证研究发现,企业规模与校企合作创新绩效之间存在倒置"U"型关系,人力资源冗余与校企合作创新绩效正相关,企业规模负向调节人力资源冗余与校企合作创新绩效之间的关系,人力资源冗余在企业规模与校企合作创新绩效之间发挥中介作用。基于资源冗余观视角研究校企合作创新,有助于进一步深化对校企合作创新理论的认识。  相似文献

多元化、相关性与绩效之间的关系是产业经济、战略管理、财务管理的重要课题,研究由来已久,但还没有达成一致的共识,而且主流研究样本大都是发达国家的企业,所得结论能否用于中国企业还有待探讨。国内的已有研究在细分的多元化类型、相关性类型与绩效之间的关系研究上还很欠缺。本文通过选取2002年中国上市公司的相关样本,对不同多元化战略与经济绩效以及风险的关系进行了实证研究,发现我国上市公司多元化程度与经济绩效之间存在显著的负相关关系,而与经营风险不存在显著的相关关系。实施一体化主导业务型与一体化相关业务型的绩效最佳,相关多元化类型与不相关多元化的绩效均比较稳定。  相似文献

通过在成都、广州、深圳一些企业的实证研究,探讨组织承诺、工作满意度与关系绩效之间的关系,发现组织承诺三维度、工作满意度五维度与关系绩效两维度之间几乎都具有非常显著的相关关系;但是将工作满意度和组织承诺作为关系绩效的预测变量时,发现二者的因果关系非常不显著,因此推测工作满意度、组织承诺可能是关系绩效的前因中介变量或者调节变量。  相似文献

文章基于自愿环境信息披露理论、企业社会责任理论,从自愿碳信息披露与减碳绩效、财务绩效、企业类型和规模之间关系入手,以2009-2012年世界500强连续自愿碳信息披露企业为样本,实证检验了自愿披露、减碳绩效、财务绩效之间的关系。实证研究表明,减碳绩效与自愿披露水平之间存在显著的正相关关系,自愿披露与财务绩效、行业污染划分之间间存在弱负相关。此外,实证验证了企业规模对自愿碳排放披露的显著促进作用。在此基础上提出我国企业微观层面的自愿碳排放政策规制的措施和策略。  相似文献

创新是企业发展的源泉,是企业核心竞争力的要素之一,而研究与开发(R&D)投入的强度直接影响企业的创新能力,进而影响企业生产绩效。选取我国2007-2014沪深上市公司的数据,实证检验R&D投入与企业绩效之间的关系,并且探讨这种关系是否具有滞后性。研究表明:企业的R&D投入强度与其净资产收益率之间呈负相关关系,目前企业的R&D投入强度并不能提高企业的绩效;R&D投入强度与企业绩效之间的关系没有表现出滞后性。  相似文献

Research in clinical samples suggests that the relationship between intelligence and academic achievement might be moderated by sustained attention. The present study aimed to explore whether this interaction could be observed in a non-clinical sample. We investigated a sample of 11th and 12th grade students (N = 231). An overall performance score and a quality of performance score in sustained attention as well as verbal, numerical, and general intelligence scores served as predictors. Achievement criteria were grades in math and German as well as Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained after testing. Both types of sustained attention scores were significantly related to school performance, but only the quality of performance score incrementally contributed to the prediction of school performance above and beyond intelligence. Overall differences in the sustained attention test significantly moderated the relationship between verbal intelligence and German grades. Quality of performance moderated the relationship between general intelligence and GPA as well as the one between numerical intelligence and math grades. The study elucidates the interplay between sustained attention, intelligence, and school performance in a non-clinical sample.  相似文献

以台湾中小企业为研究对象,探讨服务品质对行销绩效之影响,同时也试图厘清市场导向与关系品质在服务品质对行销绩效之影响的干扰效果,并提出企业服务品质、市场导向、关系品质与行销绩效的理论模型。研究发现:服务品质对中小企业行销绩效具显着正向影响;市场导向对中小企业行销绩效具显着正向影响;关系品质对中小企业行销绩效具显着正向影响;市场导向对服务品质与行销绩效具正向干扰效果;关系品质对服务品质与行销绩效具正向干扰效果。最后,根据研究发现提出管理的意涵与未来研究建议。  相似文献

Student ratings of teaching effectiveness are widely used to make judgments of faculty teaching performance. Research, however, has found that such ratings may not be accurate indicators of teaching performance because they are contaminated by course easiness. Using student ratings of 9855 professors employed at 79 different colleges and universities, the author hypothesized and found that the relationship between perceived course easiness and perceived course quality was moderated by school academic rankings. More specifically, easiness ratings were more strongly correlated with quality ratings among low‐ranked schools than among high‐ranked schools. Furthermore, the easiness–quality relationship was slightly stronger among public schools than among private schools. The article concludes by discussing the practical implications of these findings.  相似文献

In an educational context characterised by globalisation, reputation constitutes a crucial issue for today’s higher education institutions. Internationalisation of higher education is often seen as a potential response to globalisation and, consequently, higher education has become increasingly internationalised during the past decade. In this paper, we investigate the relationship between internationalisation and reputation in top higher education institutions. Results reveal that internationalisation positively influences a university’s reputation but also moderates the relationship between the institution’s reputation and its institutional performance with regard to research quality, teaching quality and graduate employability.  相似文献

This paper examines the relationship between sets of quantitative performance and diversity indicators and the qualitative banding of Australian universities made by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Using factor analysis, three performance factors (Traditional Research University Performance, Teaching Performance and Competitive Research Performance) and four diversity factors (Size, Equity, Student Staff Ratios and Access) were obtained. Strong association was found between quality ranking and composite measures of performance. When factor‐based composite measures were used, quality rankings were significantly correlated with Traditional Research University Performance, Teaching Performance and Size, and negatively with Equity.  相似文献

This study contributes to the literature on quality of work life (QWL) by testing the relationship between QWL and job performance by using questionnaires to survey a sample of 475 managers in a manufacturing industry in Malaysia. The results indicated a significant positive relationship between QWL and job performance. A two‐factor model with correlated factors was postulated and supported. Structural equation modeling procedures showed that the two constructs are highly correlated (r = 0.94) and represent a distinct concern on work life. Implications of results and directions for future research are offered.  相似文献
