CdSO4·8/3H2O与5-氨基四唑-1-乙酸(Hatza)(Hatza=5-aminotetrazole-1-acetic acid)及4,4′-联吡啶(4,4’-bipy)在水和乙醇的混合溶液中反应,生成了一个新的配合物[Cd(atza)2(4,4’-bipy)0.5(H2O)].通过元素分析,红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射对此配合物进行了表征.该配合物晶体结构属单斜晶系,主要晶体结构数据:空间群P21/c,a=10.356(2),b=13.482(3),c=13.230(3)?,β=111.18(3)(°).在此晶体中,Cd(II)与两个来自atza配体的两个氧原子、两个来自atza配体的两个氮原子、一个水分子的一个氧原子及一个4,4’-bipy配体的一个氮原子配位,配位数为6,配位构型为变形的八面体.每个atza作为双齿配体与两个Cd(II)配位,通过atza和4,4’-联吡啶配体的桥联作用,该配合物形成了沿bc面伸展的二维结构.相邻的面之间通过氢键作用,形成了三维结构.此外,在室温下研究了配合物固体荧光特性.  相似文献

介绍了新显色剂 2 -(2 ,3 ,5 -三氮唑偶氮 ) -5 -乙酰氨基苯酚 (TZAAP)与铜的显色反应研究及应用 ,建立了测定铜的新方法。在PH 5 .7的HOAc -NaOAc缓冲溶液中 ,该试剂与铜 (Ⅱ )形成 1∶1红色稳定络合物 ,λmax为 5 5 0 .8nm ,铜 (Ⅱ )量在 0~ 1 .6mg·L- 1范围内符合比耳定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .44×1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1。其他金属离子共存时 ,不经预分离可直接测定食品及环境水样中的微量铜 (Ⅱ ) ,操作简便 ,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了2-[3-羧基-2,4,5-三氮唑偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(简称CTZADMB)与钯的显色反应。结果表明,在pH6.00的乙醇水溶液中CTZADMB与钯形成稳定蓝色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于585.2nm处,表现摩尔吸光系数为4.85×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),络合物的组成为pd:CTZADMB=1:2,钯浓度在0-1.6μg·ml~(-1)范围内服从比尔定律。所拟方法用于钯催化剂中微量钯的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

在微波辐射条件下,以氨基胍重碳酸盐和甲酸为原料合成了3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑,反应速度比传统加热条件提高300倍,产率达到83.5%。优化后的最佳反应条件为微波输出功率为120 W,氨基胍重碳酸盐:甲酸摩尔比为1:1.25,溶剂无水乙醇为5mL,反应时间为60 s。  相似文献

研究了新试剂2-(1,3,4-三氮唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯胺(TZAN)作为络合滴定铜的指示剂的分析性能。结果表明,在pH值为4.0-7.5范围内,加入6滴指示剂TZAN,用EDTA标准溶液进行滴定,滴定终点由红色变为亮绿色,变色敏锐,准确度高,具有一定的实用价值。方法用于实际样品分析,结果满意。  相似文献

5,10,15,20-四(4-氨基苯基)卟啉的合成主要有两大途径:一是根据传统Adler方法,以4位官能团(酰氨基,硝基,卤素)取代的苯甲醛与吡咯在酸性条件下进行缩合,所得卟啉中间体再进一步水解或还原或者氨化可得目标产物;二是由无取代的苯甲醛与吡咯缩合得到5,10,15,20-四苯基卟啉,该中间体再经外围硝化,还原得到目标产品.综合两种方法,第二类方法步骤虽多,但是原料价格便宜,操作简单,更适合大规模生产.  相似文献

本文以邻香草醛、5-氨基水杨酸和水合氯化镧为原料合成邻香草醛缩5-氨基水杨酸镧配合物,利用红外光谱、元素分析、化学分析等分析手段对合成的配合物进行表征.并在305.15 K条件下,采用生物微量热法分别测得不同浓度配合物作用下的S.pombe生长代谢产热曲线,通过计算得出S.pombe在配合物作用下的生长代谢速率常数k、抑制率I、最大发热功率P_(max)、达到最大发热功率所需时间t_(max),传代时间t_G等热动力学参数,再分析各参数与配合物浓度c之间的关系.实验结果表明:在研究浓度范围内,随着配合物浓度增加,生长速率常数k、最大发热功率P_(max)呈下降趋势,抑制率I以及传代时间t_G呈上升趋势,其半抑制浓度c_(I,50)为0.1746 g·L(-1),即邻香草醛缩5-氨基水杨酸镧配合物对S.pombe具有较好的抑制作用,且浓度越大,抑制作用越强.  相似文献

在表面活性剂Triton X-114存在下,利用Cu(Ⅱ)与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)反应生成疏水性配合物,建立了浊点萃取分光光度法测定痕量铜的方法.在pH=7的磷酸体系缓冲液中,该配合物的最大吸收波长λ_(max)=560nm,ε=2.7×105 L·mol5 L·mol(-1)·cm(-1)·cm(-1),测定铜的线性范围是0.01(-1),测定铜的线性范围是0.010.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%,加标回收率在95%0.4μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%,加标回收率在95%102%之间.此法用于实际水样中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

分别采用苯甲醛、2,3,4-三甲氧基苯甲醛和4-甲氧基苯甲醛作为氨基保护基,对氨基葡萄糖衍生物的重要中间体1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-2-脱氧-2-氨基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖加以研制.结果显示,试验的同等条件下,只有用4-甲氧基苯甲醛保护成功,且效果良好.  相似文献

In order to separate ZSM-5 zeolite powders from solution easily, a series of magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with the addition of magnetic Fe3O4 panicles during the crystalline process. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared (IR) spectrum, energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), specific surface area, magnetic susceptibility and adsorption capability. It was found that the magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites had good magnetism and the magnetic susceptibility increased with the increasing amount of Fe3O4 panicles. Compared with the pure ZSM-5 zeolite, the adsorption capability of magnetic ZSM-5 zeolites was acceptable. When the magnetic zeolites were used to adsorb Pb^2+ from solution, the magnetic zeolite powder could be conveniently separated with magnetic separation technology.  相似文献

Interleukin-5 (IL-5) accompanies the development of airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness through the activation of eosinophils. Therefore, interference of IL-5 expression in lung tissue seems to be an accepted approach in asthma therapy. In this study, we designed a small interfering RNA (siRNA) to inhibit the expression of IL-5. The siRNAs against IL-5 were constructed in a lentivirus expressing system, and 1.5×106 IFU (inclusion-forming unit) lentiviruses were administered intratracheally to ovalbumin (OVA)-sensitized murine asthmatic models. Our results show that lentivirus-delivered siRNA against IL-5 efficiently inhibited the IL-5 messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression and significantly attenuated the inflammation in lung tissue. Significant decrease of eosinophils and inflammatory cells were found in peripheral blood, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), and lung tissue. In addition, significant inhibition of airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) was found in the mice treated with siRNA against IL-5. These observations demonstrate that siRNA delivered by means of the lentivirus system is possibly an efficacious therapeutic approach for asthma.  相似文献

In this work, support vector classification (SVC) algorithm was used to build structure-activity relationship (SAR) model of the 5-hydroxytryptamine type 3 (5-HT3 ) receptor antagonists with 26 compounds. In a benchmark test, SVC was compared with several techniques of machine learning currently used in the field. The prediction performance of the model was discussed on the basis of the leave-one-out cross-validation. The results show that the accuracy of prediction of SVC model was higher than those of back propagation artificial neural network (BP ANN), K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and Fisher methods.  相似文献

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) has a broad spectrum of anti-tumor activity, widely applied to the treatment of cancers. However, it is necessary to determine the plasma concentration of 5-FU in clinical practice due to its narrow therapeutic index. Therefore, a simple, economic and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the determination of 5-FU in human plasma. Ethyl acetate was chosen as extraction reagent. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium formate using a linear gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. 5-FU and 5-bromouracil (5-BU) were detected by UV detector at 265 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 5—500 ng/mL and the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.992 6 for all calibration curves. The intra- and inter-day precisions were less than 10.5% and 4.3%, respectively, and the accuracy was within ±3.7%. The recovery at all concentration levels was 80.1±8.6%. 5-FU was stable under possible conditions of storing and handling. This method is proved applicable to therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies of 5-FU in human.  相似文献

以V2O5为原料,苯甲醇,异丁醇为溶剂,采用溶胶0-凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺制备了V2O5薄膜。采用差热-失重(DTA-TG)、付里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段研究了V205薄膜的结构特性。并研究了V2O5薄膜的透射光谱、气敏、伏安特性及温阻特性。实验发现沉积在ITO导电玻璃衬底上的V2O5薄膜,烧结温度起高,透光性能越好;V2O5薄膜在常温下对NOx气体具有一定的气敏性能。  相似文献
