研究了在乳化剂OP存在下,2-(3,5-二氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基酚(简称3,5-diCl-DMPAP)测定锌(Ⅱ)的显色新体系。结果表明:在pH 6.0-10.0的酸度范围内,锌(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:2的紫红色络合物。络合物的最大吸收波长位于565 nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.2×105L.mol-1.cm-1,锌质量浓度在0-6.0μg/10mL范围内遵守比尔定律,方法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于镁合金中微量锌的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

研究了铜(Ⅱ)催化双氧水氧化溴百里酚兰褪色的催化效应及动力学条件,建立了测定痕量铜的新催化光度法.该法标准曲线的线性范围为铜(Ⅱ)浓度0～0.5μg/25mL,检出限为0.009μg/25mL,方法简便、快速、准确,用于铝合金中痕量铜的测定,回收率为96.0%～98.3%. 相似文献

研究了新显色剂 6 ,6″ 二甲基 4′ 苯基 2 ,2′ :6′ ,2″ 三联吡啶 (TPY)与Co(Ⅱ )的显色反应。结果表明 ,在pH 3 0的NaAc HAc缓冲溶液中 ,该试剂与Co(Ⅱ )发生显色反应 ,形成稳定的绿色络合物 ,其λmax=337 6nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1 0 3× 10 5L·(mol·cm) -1,Co(Ⅱ )浓度在 0～ 15 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,该方法直接用于维生素B12 中微量钴的测定 ,结果满意。 相似文献

章研究了1．5阶微分阳极溶出伏安法测定维微康口服液中微量锌。以kCl—en(pH=11．6)为支持电解质,玻炭电极为工作电极,在-1．80V(Vs,SCE)电位下富集,可得一灵敏的微分阳极溶出峰。峰电位功Ep=-1．30V,峰电流Ip与Zn(Ⅱ)的浓度在0．005～0．050μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,最低检出限为0．001μg/ml。该法应用于补锌口服液中锌含量的测定,简便、快速、准确。 相似文献

本文研究了铑(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明s的褪色反应,据此反应初步建立了测定微量铑的催化光度分析法。结果表明:在适当的条件下,罗丹明S-高碘酸钾体系测定微量铑的方法具有较高的灵敏度,检出限为5．0×10-6g/L,方法的线性范围为10-140μg/L。对1μg/10ml Rh(Ⅲ)测定的相对标准偏差为1．60％(n=10)。 相似文献
