以粉煤灰、低品位石灰石、分析纯氧化镁和硅酸盐水泥生料为原料,在实验室YFX 16Q-YC高温箱式电阻炉的不同温度条件下进行Q相水泥熟料和硅酸盐水泥熟料的煅烧制备.对试验获得的Q相水泥熟料样品进行了矿物组成X射衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)图谱分析,对试验获得的Q相水泥熟料和硅酸盐水泥熟料进行了游离氧化钙f-CaO质量分数测定比较.结果表明:以粉煤灰和低品位石灰石为主要原料,在1320℃可煅烧出合格的Q相水泥熟料,在1320℃温度条件下,Q相水泥熟料样品和硅酸盐水泥熟料样品的游离氧化钙f-CaO分别为1.29%和5.65%;粉煤灰和低品位石灰石配料制备Q相水泥熟料,较传统硅酸盐水泥熟料的制备,其生料易烧性得到较大改善;粉煤灰和低品位石灰石配料制备Q相水泥熟料,其煅烧温度较传统硅酸盐水泥熟料煅烧温度约降低80~130℃.  相似文献

用凝胶自燃烧法合成Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3纳米粉体,表征了粉体的晶相结构。测试表明应用凝胶自燃工艺合成的Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3粉体材料的粒子大小均匀,晶相单一,不需要经高温处理便能直接形成钙钛矿结构超细粉末。用所合成的粉末压片,1125℃烧结2h即可获得致密的烧结体,其相对密度为98.1%。用SEM观察烧结样品的平均粒径为2μm。  相似文献

利用四氯化钛、氢氧化钡、氢氧化锶及氨水为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了Ba1-xSrxTiO3超细粉体.通过XRD物相分析,产品为立方晶系的完全固溶体,结果符合Vegard定律.TEM形貌观察,粒子为均匀球形,平均粒径小于100nm.用所合成的粉末压片,1200℃烧结即可得致密烧结体,介电常数6700,介电损失较纯钛酸钡有所降低.  相似文献

煤矸石是与煤伴生的岩石;其中氧化铝的含量在22%~30%之间,含量高者可达35%,有较高的利用价值.用浓盐酸浸取煤矸石烧渣可得到结晶氯化铝,可作为较好的净水剂,既可废物利用,又可减少环境污染和占用耕地.一、制备原理煤矸石的主要成分是铝和磋的氧化物,在750—99℃下煅烧.煤矸石中含水高岭石、5水铝矿石等,即可分解脱水生成活性高的γ-Al2O3,用浓盐酸浸取,则γ-Al2O3和盐酸反应生成氨化铝而被溶出,经沉降、洗涤、浓缩、抽滤,即可得产品一结晶氯化铝.二、生产过程1.煅烧将煤矸石投入沸腾炉在750—900“C下银烧4至5小时…  相似文献

本文以煤矸石为原料,应用H2SO4、HCl等强酸和氢氧化钠为主要反应试剂,改变反应体系的温度、酸的浓度、碱与原料的配比,通过热解、碱熔、溶解、沉淀和萃取等主要实验步骤,制备出一系列可溶性和不溶性样品。对样品进行TG\DTA分析,确定其中结晶水的含量、某种组分的分解温度及含量以及熔点等热力学性质;对样品进行XRD分析,确定样品中结晶程度、晶型及粒径。通过以上的表征与分析,制备出了储能相变材料,在300℃条件下能够吸热,在400-700℃能够出现较大的放热。  相似文献

应用金斯特林格方程和阿伦尼乌斯公式计算熟料中C3 S形成时的反应速率常数和活化能,研究ZrO2对熟料中C3 S形成动力学的影响。研究结果表明:ZrO2对低温固相反应阶段生料的易烧性无改善作用;高温煅烧条件下,低掺量ZrO2生料的易烧性优于高掺量ZrO2生料,ZrO2掺量为0.2%时,熟料体系中C3 S的形成活化能比基准样降低74.4 kJ·mol-1,而ZrO2掺量≥0.6%时,其熟料中C3 S的形成活化能均高于基准样。  相似文献

以内蒙古呼伦贝尔地区煤矸石为原料,采用高温煅烧活化,盐酸酸浸法溶出Al2O3,以Na2CO3作为碱化剂制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),研究酸浸条件、聚合条件对制备PAC的影响。实验结果表明:酸浸最佳条件为每10g粒径200目煤矸石样品,在750℃高温活化2h,用3.5mol/L盐酸35mL酸浸2h,扎赉诺尔矿区煤矸石在80℃酸浸条件下Al2O3溶出率最高达到24.41%,而伊敏矿区和大雁矿区煤矸石样品则在85℃时酸浸,Al2O3溶出率分别达到最高值22.4%和21.6%。以扎赉诺尔矿区煤矸石为研究对象,在酸浸液中加入3.0g Na2CO3,80℃时聚合2h,可得到淡黄色液体聚合氯化铝,通过红外光谱分析,在1008cm-1和1071cm-1处出现Al-O-Al弯曲振动产生的特征吸收峰,说明氯化铝转变为聚合氯化铝。在自来水中加入体积比5...  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法在一系列不同实验条件下制备出了ZAO超细粉体,用正交试验法对实验条件进行设计,确定了最佳实验条件,并利用差热-热重分析仪、X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对得到的ZAO超细粉体进行了分析和表征。结果表明,在煅烧温度1 150℃,乙醇与水的比例为2.5,醋酸锌浓度为2.5 mol/L,柠檬酸三胺浓度为0.5 mol/L,氧化铝与氧化锌的质量比为3%的实验条件下,能够得到具有交错柱状晶体的ZAO超细粉体。同时,在850℃处成功对ZnO进行了铝的掺杂。  相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.  相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator's Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.  相似文献
