利用维生素C对高锰酸钾的褪色效应建立了褪色光度法测定维生素C的新方法。在1 moL／L H2 SO4介质中,维生素C使高锰酸钾褪色。在波长525 nm处,测定高锰酸钾溶液褪色前后吸光度,吸光度的变化值△A与维生素C的浓度在0～20μg／mL范围内成线性关系,R2＝0.9998。用于样品中维生素C的含量测定,回收率在101％～105％之间,RSD为1.1％。 相似文献

研究了灿烂甲酚蓝与小牛胸腺DNA相互作用，提出了测定ctDNA的新的光度分析法。室温、pH8．1tris-HCl的条件下，ctDNA的加入使灿烂甲酚蓝在其最大吸收波长636nm处的吸光度明显下降，下降的程度与ctDNA的含量呈线性关系，ctDNA质量浓度在0～3．0μg／ml范围内与△A呈线性关系，线性回归方程为△A=0．0032 0．0984C(μg/ml）(r=0．9987)，方法的检出限（3σ／k)为0．125μg/ml。该方法具有仪器简单，快速，选择性好等特点，对合成样品中ctDNA测定，RSD％=1．5～1．9，回收率在101％～104％，结果令人满意。 相似文献

135只1日龄AA鸡随机分成A、B、C3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复15只。A为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加50mg／kg洛克沙生和750mg／kg10％金霉素,C为试验组,在基础日粮中添加160mg／kg25％大蒜素,以研究大蒜素对肉鸡生产性能和十二指肠消化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,A、B、C3组肉鸡平均体重和平均日增重差异不显著（P〉0．05）,与A组相比,42日龄时C组料重比差异显著（P〈0．05）。在21日龄和42日龄时,C组淀粉酶活性较A组提高了122．87％（P〈0．01）和40．50％（P〈0．01）,脂肪酶活性较A组提高了89．98％（P〉0．05）和33．33％（P〉0．05）,总蛋白酶活性较A组提高了10．29％％（P〉0．05）和1．7％（／9〉0．05）。本结果提示在肉鸡饲料中添加大蒜素能够提高饲料效率和肠道淀粉酶活性。 相似文献

From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
