数字图书馆事业的繁荣不断推动着数字图书馆的研究向前发展。2007年,国外学者围绕数字图书馆的研究主要涉及数字图书馆的整体性研究、数字图书馆系统、数字图书馆服务、各类型数字图书馆、数字图书馆评估与数字图书馆教育。与以往相比,2007年数字图书馆研究呈现出研究细粒度进一步提高、对新技术高度关注和重点关注数字图书馆的服务质量等特点。 相似文献

指出文献计量作为一种有效的评价手段,在生物医药领域,主要应用于学术期刊评价和科研绩效评价;传统的文献计量评价方法存在一些固有局限性,为此人们已作出许多创新和改进。分析讨论评价学术期刊的新模型和指标--渐进曲线模型和特征因子以及评价科研绩效的两种方法创新--多指标综合分析和基于社会网络的分析,并论述文献计量与经济社会因素的结合使用。从这些新型方法和指标的出现和应用可以看出,文献计量评价的发展呈现出借助数学模型和计算机手段,由单指标向多指标转换,结合复杂的社会网络特征和经济社会因素进行分析的大趋势。 相似文献

Previous studies of intimidation and harassment of journalists have (rightly) focused on non-democratic and authoritarian nations and/or transitional/emerging democracies. In this article, we examine the situation in Sweden, a country with strong de facto and de jure safeguards of journalistic freedom and autonomy. We report the findings from a representative survey of Swedish journalists where three themes are analysed: the extent of harassment, the forms of harassment, and the consequences of intimidation and harassment. The results show that a third of the respondents had experienced threats at work in the past year, and an overwhelming majority said they had received offensive and insulting comments. Intimidation and harassment also had consequences, both professionally and personally, such as fear and self-censorship. We therefore argue that it is time to add the dimension of external pressure and threats to the discussion of journalistic autonomy—including in countries like Sweden. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 研究中国内地31个省区在社会科学合作中实力和地位的变化过程,有利于相关部门掌握省区间的社会科学合作动态,为科技管理者布局地区研究规划、进行科学决策提供参考依据。[方法/过程] 利用1998-2017年中国SSCI论文数据,构建中国内地31个省区间社会科学合作网络,运用社会网络分析和多维标度方法,分析省区间社会科学合作网络核心-边缘结构的演化过程。[结果/结论] 1998-2017年中国内地31个省区间社会科学合作强度逐步提高;省区间社会科学合作网络具有明显的核心-边缘结构,越来越多的省区加入到合作网络的核心、半核心区域,边缘区域省区的数量大幅减少;各区域社会科学合作研究的主要领域是经济与商学、心理学、健康学与环境学;内地跨省区的社会科学合作主要集中在核心区域中的省区之间、核心区域与半核心区域的省区之间。 相似文献

[目的/意义] 通过解析美国专业图书馆协会（SLA）能力标准的修订,为国内制定相关图书馆员能力标准提供适当参考。[方法/过程] 利用比较分析法和内容分析法,剖析先后4个版本的SLA能力标准,并对其适用对象、结构要素、条款内容的修订进行探讨。[结果/结论] 经过3次修订,SLA能力名称、结构要素、条款内容都发生了变化;SLA能力标准适用对象越来越广泛,逐步扩展到所有的信息专业人员;SLA能力标准越来越突出信息专业人员在管理信息与知识资源、进行信息与知识检索和分析、组织信息与知识资产、开发信息与知识系统和技术、开展信息与知识服务、信息伦理建设等方面的核心能力;SLA能力要素越来越详细,覆盖的核心业务越来越全面。所有这些都可以为国内图书馆职业能力建设提供参考。 相似文献

The Saami and the Roma are both transnational peoples with robust journalistic practices. Although vastly different in socio-economic standing and relationship to the state, both groups choose to develop journalism and journalists to share their perspective of the world; and do so while remaining true to the distinction between journalism and propaganda. This requires access and ability to frame issues and actors, problems and solutions while maintaining professional journalistic standards. Media—both having one's “own” media and creating stories that appear in the “mainstream” media—is key to this practice. Saami and Romani journalists very clearly show there is a way to be objective without being neutral. By interviewing 45 journalists, journalism educators, funders, and evaluators across six countries, as well as examining primary source documents, I show that although emerging from radically different contexts, the Saami and Roma are both distinct nations stretching over two or more states—transnational—which allows, and indeed requires, a unique approach to journalism. I identify two distinct strategies in approaching the goals and practice of, “transnational peoples’ journalism”: nation building/speaking within and intervening/speaking outside. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper explores how news organizations visualize crises in a digital media ecology shaped by citizen witnessing and widespread image circulation on social media. Empirically, the paper draws on the events of 7 April 2017 in Stockholm when a hijacked truck plowed into crowds, killing five and injuring several others. The study is informed by theoretical perspectives and research on citizen photojournalism and witnessing, and examines the function of visual citizen contributions, degrees of explicitness in visual coverage and the impact of proximity on visualizations of crises. Qualitative analyses of visual content and text in digital and print editions of four Swedish newspapers showed both enhancing and featured positioning of visual eyewitness contributions from the public, few examples of explicit imagery, and journalistic commentary foregrounding ethical dimensions of showing and seeing. Based on the findings, the author considers journalism’s civic response as a strategy for staking a claim to credibility and ethics at a moment when the journalistic gatekeeping position is called into question. 相似文献

SUMMARY This introduction to Africana reference describes the populations of researchers, the kinds of questions they ask, and how librarians–both specialist and generalist–may respond. It explores issues in “known-item” searches, including name authority and access to material in collected works and series. Choices made by authors, publishers, indexers, librarians, and researchers themselves have an impact on topic searches. Terminology for African languages, ethnic groups, place names, and topics cause problems for novice researchers, but library policy decisions can also impede access. Errors of all kinds–minor or major–can block access to information. The speed of electronic desktop publishing seems to have encouraged reduced care with proofreading, indexing, and verification of quotations and citations. The need for accurate information about Africa is great, but the market for publications and electronic resources focused on Africa is relatively small. This low market share can result in less coverage of Africa in indexes and reference tools. Despite the difficulties encountered in researching Africa, researchers and the librarians who assist them benefit from the tools, services, and initiatives of specialist Africana librarians and from a number of commercially produced resources. 相似文献
