众多研究将服务化视为制造企业获取竞争优势的重要途径。然而,伴随着对商业模式过度创新的质疑和对硬科技的持续关注,服务化究竟能否促进产品创新并最终塑造长期竞争优势亟待研究。因此,本研究分析了服务化对制造企业产品创新的影响及环境不确定性的调节作用。基于中国239家制造企业的样本数据,研究表明:1)服务化与产品创新度之间呈U型关系;2)技术动态性和市场不确定性负向调节服务化与产品创新度之间的关系。研究结果有助于制造企业全面认识服务化作用,明确服务化对产品创新的积极作用和不利影响,根据不同的环境条件有效推进服务化实践。  相似文献

Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence (AI) based modeling is the major consideration to build efficient, automated, and smart systems for our today's needs. Many companies are benefited from these modeling methods for their marketing efforts. Each firm has expected to increase its product development in an innovative way to improve its business growth. Successful firm marketing is to offer the right product to the right person at the right time. To market the product to the customer successfully, it is needed to segment the customer by finding their behavioral patterns. The customer behaviors and their purchasing patterns are used to generate profit for the company. Customer segmentation is the process of grouping customers based on commonalities. Developing an efficient AI-based customer segmentation to improve digital marketing growth is a challenging task. In this paper, an unsupervised deep learning model called a Self-organizing map with an Improved social spider optimization approach has been used for efficient customer segmentation. The customer data are analyzed by a feature engineering process using a swarm intelligence model called Modified social spider optimization to select the behavioral features of the customer. Then, the customers are clustered using Self Organizing neural network (SONN). Based on the clusters, the customers are classified using the Deep neural network (DNN) model. The experimental results prove the performance of the proposed model with high clustering and segmentation capability to improve the business profit in marketing.  相似文献

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a very important growing business practice in today's environment. It is used for managing the interaction between a company and its future and current customers. CRM approach's task is analyzing data about the history of customers with a company. It focuses on a way to retain customers, therefore it helps the growth of sales. This leads to improvement of company's business relationship with customers. Current study's goal is to determine how technology, organizational capability, customer orientation, and customer knowledge management influence CRM success. We try to see that how the performance of an organization is affected by the achievement of CRM. For testing the hypotheses, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was adopted. Results have indicated that the success of CRM is highly influenced through “information technology use”, also “customer orientation”, “organizational capability”, and “customer knowledge management” are related to CRM success. Finally, along with the future research avenues and limitations, study implications and findings are discussed.  相似文献

服务化被看做制造型企业保持竞争优势的有效途径。数字技术在服务化过程中的应用为制造商改变了设备运行方式与服务方式。数字化情境下的服务化不仅提供了新的用企互动类型,同时企业与用户的关系也发生了变化。因此,在该过程中采用不同的治理机制变得尤为重要。此研究基于308份中国制造型企业的问卷调查数据,实证检验了服务化对创新绩效的影响。研究结果发现:(1)服务化对创新绩效有正向影响;(2)高数字化水平下的服务化对创新绩效影响受关系治理的显著调节,低数字化水平下的服务化对创新绩效的影响受契约治理的显著调节。该研究的管理启示是,管理者依据企业所处的数字化情境不同,应采取不同的治理机制。与低数字化情境相比,在数字化水平高的情况下,企业应多关注关系治理这类非经济因素的作用。  相似文献

制造业企业究竟是怎样成功选择适合自身发展需要的特定服务化战略的?其服务化战略的成功选择需要何种企业能力?既往研究对此没有做出说服性的解释。本文以三家服务化战略成功转型的传统制造企业作为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究的程序与方法以深入剖析所选案例企业,发掘出"支持顾客行为的服务提供"、"支持顾客产品的服务提供"、"顾客知识获取能力"、"顾客服务操作能力"、"制造业服务化绩效"五个范畴以及范畴之间的逻辑关系,并由此构建了制造业服务化战略生成逻辑与作用机制的理论模型。我们发现,制造业企业特定服务化战略的选择并不是企业随身所欲的经济行为,它是受企业特定的内外部环境条件、自身业务属性和顾客业务需求特征等因素共同作用而成的结果。同时,理论模型也表明:制造业服务化绩效的获取和改善与制造企业开发或培植与服务化战略性质保持相对匹配的特定企业能力存在有密切关系。  相似文献

This study examines how market orientation is manifested in the context of small, rapidly internationalising software companies. It is concluded from the four company cases that any internationalising software company should focus its market orientation more on the individual-customer level than on the overall-market level. For providers of standardised software products, cooperating with global leading customers plays a key role in terms of obtaining the most accurate market intelligence and staying ahead in the competition. In contrast, providers of tailor-made software projects should emphasise interfunctional coordination: the quality of the response to customer needs should be well managed regardless of the geographical location. Further, the concepts of reactive and proactive market orientation are intertwined: neither contributes to better customer satisfaction in isolation. However, depending on the time needed for responding to customer needs, either may require more attention.  相似文献

通过虚拟顾客参与平台(Virtual Customer Environments, VCE)来吸引顾客参与创新、利用顾客大数据、创建顾客中心型组织成为企业的重要策略,但VCE的运行机制并未得到理论界的足够重视。本文以VCE功能为主线,将VCE分为信息展示、需求收集和深度互动三个子平台。基于刺激-机体-反应模型,分析每个子平台的运行机制。具体而言,IT环境和市场环境的发展构成VCE的运行基础,企业和顾客之间的交互关系构成VCE的运行动因,企业吸引行为和顾客参与行为构成VCE的运行过程。进一步运用内容分析法,本文检验了中国500强企业网站中VCE子平台的运行,实证研究结果支持理论模型所提出的运行机制。但同时也发现,大多数中国500强企业尚未充分构建需求收集和深度互动这两个子平台,表现为在实际运行中未能有效吸引顾客参与。本研究不仅推动了VCE理论的发展,对顾客参与理论进行了拓展,并且有助于指导企业完善VCE平台的构建,从信息技术的角度塑造顾客导向型组织,提升创新绩效。  相似文献

如何破解服务化战略的悖论,成功实施服务化战略是学者和业界人士所共同关注的。借助于大样本调查以及我们对于中国化工行业的观察,本文从买卖双方的视角重点研究了不同类型的服务化战略与感知价值之间的关系,还探索了客户参与对服务化过程的影响。统计检验的结果表明,两类服务都可以为买方带来感知经济价值和感知技术/核心价值,但感知关系/支持价值只有当客户采购基于信息技术的集成服务且通过经济价值和技术价值的中介作用获得。研究结果还表明,客户参与在基于信息技术的集成服务与客户感知技术/核心价值之间的关系中起调节作用。本文的研究的对于探索服务化战略如何匹配客户感知价值,特别是关系价值的建立以及如何管理客户参与具有重要意义。  相似文献

针对推行"互联网+"回收废旧电子电器产品新回收模式中顾客回收意愿不高、商业模式单一等问题,以网络产品层次理论为基础,借鉴传统领域和电子商务领域顾客感知价值的概念及维度,严格遵循量表开发范式构建包含功能价值、信息价值、程序价值、平台价值和品牌价值等共5个维度23个测量题项的"互联网+"回收模式下顾客感知价值量表,并通过SPSS24.0和Amos24.0软件对正式调研的样本数据进行实证调研,进一步验证量表的稳定性.最后根据顾客感知价值维度,从定价质检方式、回收产品隐私安全、平台口碑和各维度完善等方面为互联网回收企业提出管理建议.  相似文献

Information technology (IT) has transformed business practices in the last several decades: operations, product strategies, distribution, and customer service have become increasingly dependent on IT. Moreover, IT has changed its orientation from that of pure operational utility in the 1960s and 1970s to that of a competitive weapon in the 1990s and today. These phenomena have affected the way modern organizations are managed, as well as the way IT affects the strategic activities of an organization's value-chain.In particular, aligning an organization's business and IT strategies in order to deliver higher business performance presupposes a strategic business opportunity to which information systems technology is integral. In other words, Strategic Alignment between business and IT can have a positive business impact only if we see an organization's IT components as parts of a well-integrated organizational system. If business strategy is viewed separately from IT strategy or IT strategy is viewed only as a “support” tool, then there is little likelihood that the above positive impact of strategic alignment can take place.This research suggests, develops and tests a strategic co-alignment model by examining three types of integration that impact the planning process and the overall performance of information-intensive organizations: technological integration (TI), functional integration and strategic integration (SI).The results of this research yield some useful set of guidelines for theory building for IS, as well as for the business practice aspect of IS: most interesting is the role of consistency (co-alignment) between an organization's business and strategic information systems plans to improve overall firm performance. Other recommendations include having a high degree of involvement of IS executives in corporate planning, the use of outsourcing services to promote organizational systems integration, and the importance of internal coordination mechanisms to facilitate both systems consistency and lower transaction costs. Finally, this study has employed cluster analysis and discriminant analysis to interpret the research findings.  相似文献

Technology-intensive industries spend huge resources in the production of products to commercialize successful products. If the appetite on the market continues to change, the capacity to rapidly and cost-effectively refresh the offerings is an important competitive advantage. Even if components and designs need to be modified as new models are released, their underlying technology and designs can generally be reused to allow rapid economic development. Data are considered an important raw material that can influence multidisciplinary analysis, government, and business efficiency. In this paper, the Efficient data analytics (EDA) method has been suggested to fix societal challenges. The proposed methods aim to share the authors' views and perspectives on the emerging opportunities and challenges of the efficient data revolution.EDA provides four key aspects of technology reuse: strategy, method, culture, and information technology. The dimensions are further broken down into concepts supporting this technology reuse, including design on the technology platform and the reuse assessments. In practice, the system can evaluate an organization's existing reuse capabilities and offer an overall theoretical review of activities promoting technology reuse. To prove the system's concepts, industrial scenarios highlighting real questions of technological growth are used. Besides, the possible societal benefits of EDA in six ways are illustrated: enhanced decision management and incident prediction, data-informed technologies and innovative market models, direct social and climate benefits, community engagement, accountability, and public trust. Some best practice is suggested to capture these advantages. The experimental results suggested EDA increases reusability knowledge in the organization (96.3%), operational cost (95.1%), prediction ratio (97.4%), Community engagement ratio (94.1%), and public trust (98.5%).  相似文献

To develop highly competitive products, companies need to understand customer needs (CNs) by effectively gathering and analysing customer data. With the advances in Information Technology, customer data comes not only from surveys and focus groups but also from social media and networking sites. Few studies have focused on developing algorithms that are devised exclusively to help to understand customer needs from big opinion data. Topic mining, aspect-based sentiment analysis and word embedding are some of the techniques adopted to identify CNs from text data. However, most of them do not consider the possibility that part of the customer data analysed is already known by companies. With the aim to continuously enhance company understanding of CNs, this paper presents an autonomous methodology for automatically classifying a set of text data (customer sentences) as referring to known or unknown CN statements by the company. For verification purposes, an example regarding a set of customer answers from an open survey questionnaire regarding the climate system of a car is illustrated. Results indicate that the proposed methodology helps companies to validate and update the customer need database with an average of 90 % precision and 60 % recall.  相似文献

如何利用知识管理来形成企业的竞争优势,已成为目前学术界和企业界探讨的热门话题之一。论文以长三角地区167家企业为调查对象,对学习导向、知识管理能力、组织创新和竞争优势的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:学习导向包含团队导向、记忆导向、信息导向、市场导向和系统导向等五个维度;学习导向各维度均对知识管理能力产生显著的正向影响,其中,团队导向和市场导向对知识管理能力的影响作用尤为明显;知识管理能力并不对竞争优势产生直接影响,而是要通过组织创新的完全中介作用对竞争优势产生间接影响。  相似文献

本文探究了数字经济时代企业商业模式创新能否以及如何影响盈余管理。研究发现,商业模式创新显著提高了企业盈余管理程度,这主要与商业模式创新提高了企业的融资需求有关。同时,不同商业模式创新类型对不同盈余管理的影响存在差异:定位创新、盈利模式创新和现金流结构创新会显著影响应计盈余管理;而业务系统创新则会显著影响真实盈余管理。从治理视角进一步分析发现,相较而言,商业模式创新对盈余管理的影响在分析师跟踪少和媒体关注度低的样本中更为显著。上述研究在一定程度上揭示了商业模式创新对盈余管理影响的内在机制,从信息披露治理角度为推动商业模式创新实践提供了重要的经验证据。  相似文献

Artificial Intelligence tools have attracted attention from the literature and business organizations in the last decade, especially by the advances in machine learning techniques. However, despite the great potential of AI technologies for solving problems, there are still issues involved in practical use and lack of knowledge as regards using AI in a strategic way, in order to create business value. In this context, the present study aims to fill this gap by: providing a critical literature review related to the integration of AI to organizational strategy; synthetizing the existing approaches and frameworks, highlighting the potential benefits, challenges and opportunities; presenting a discussion about future research directions. Through a systematic literature review, research articles were analyzed. Besides gaps for future studies, a conceptual framework is presented, discussed according to four sources of value creation: (i) decision support; (ii) customer and employee engagement; (iii) automation; and (iv) new products and services. These findings contribute to both theoretical and managerial perspectives, with extensive opportunities for generating novel theory and new forms of management practices.  相似文献

This study adopts both a resource-based perspective that combines technology, human, and business resources to develop an infrastructure capability, and a strategic-positioning perspective that emphasizes customer orientation to examine customer information quality in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Specifically, this study examines how firms bundle infrastructure capability and customer orientation to enhance the quality of customer information that enhances customer relationships and firm performance. The results of data gathered from 116 financial service firms in Taiwan suggest that the impact of quality on firm performance begins with infrastructure capability and customer orientation, and that the complementarity between these factors positively influences customer information quality. The results indicate that customer information quality positively affects customer relationship performance, which consequently leads to improvements in overall firm performance.  相似文献

从企业与顾客市场环境的动态匹配观点出发,以组织学习理论为依据,探讨顾客导向视角下组织学习对企业自主技术创新能力的影响,提出"顾客导向—知识盘点—组织学习—知识更新与重组—企业自主技术创新能力构成要素—企业自主技术创新能力形成"的理论观点,并以华为公司案例加以论证和阐释。研究发现培育企业自主技术创新能力,需要将企业转化为以顾客为导向的学习型组织,并建立吻合学习型组织的组织学习机制。  相似文献

With the rapid development of information technology, customers not only shop online—they also post reviews on social media. This user-generated content (UGC) can be useful to understand customers’ shopping experiences and influence future customers’ purchase intentions. Therefore, business intelligence and analytics are increasingly being advocated as a way to analyze customers’ UGC in social media and support firms’ marketing activities. However, because of its open structure, UGC such as customer reviews can be difficult to analyze, and firms find it challenging to harness UGC. To fill this gap, this study aims to examine customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction toward attributes of hotel products and services based on online customer textual reviews. Using a text mining approach, latent semantic analysis (LSA), we identify the key attributes driving customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction toward hotel products and service attributes. Additionally, using a regression approach, we examine the effects of travel purposes, hotel types, star level, and editor recommendations on customers’ perceptions of attributes of hotel products and services. This study bridges customer online textual reviews with customers’ perceptions to help business managers better understand customers’ needs through UGC.  相似文献
