家族控制这种主流的民营企业治理形式到底会促进还是会抑制企业创新,一直是重要且存在争议的话题。本文从意愿、能力和资源三个维度出发,聚焦于家族企业代际差异,以2008-2017年我国上市家族企业数据为样本,进行定量的实证分析。研究结果表明:家族企业创业代所有权程度越高,企业创新投资强度越低;守业代所有权程度越高,企业创新投资强度越高;知识性资源负向调节创业代所有权程度与企业创新投资强度的关系,正向调节守业代所有权程度与企业创新投资强度的关系。研究结论为探讨家族企业创新投资提供了新思路,也对当下面临代际传承问题的家族企业制定创新投资战略提供了启发。  相似文献

对知识转移粘滞影响因素进行系统分析和定量研究。首先提出知识转移三阶段模型,包括发送者知识编码度、接受者知识吸收度和交互情景3个知识转移粘滞直接影响因素和社会资本网络1个间接影响因素,采用鱼骨图法确定各因素及其层次关系,然后导入层次分析模型进行一致性评价,计算各层次因素的权重并进行排序,得到排名前4位的是转移意愿、接受意愿、转移能力和吸收能力,社会资本网络的中心性排名第5位、结构洞排名第9位。 基于研究结果提出通过激励机制、市场机制等措施提高知识发送方的知识转移意愿是降低知识转移粘滞的关键,设计和优化知识接受者的激励机制非常重要,同时应注重通过多开展培训、讲座和现场指导等手段来提高双方的转移能力;此外,要充分利用知识转移双方、科技中介的社会资本网络来降低知识转移粘滞度。  相似文献

Processes of transferring, interacting, sharing and converting knowledge are of crucial importance in any firm due to their influence on innovations. These processes are especially challenging during the family business succession. A theory-building qualitative study was undertaken to extend our understanding of the dynamics of the knowledge transfer process and its effects on the successor’s innovativeness. The findings of the in-depth analysis of 10 family SMEs show that tacit knowledge transferred from a founder to a successor is important but not sufficient for enhancing the successor’s innovativeness. It should be combined with the knowledge gained outside the family business. Several propositions were developed that provide basis for future confirmatory research and have implications for practice by providing useful findings to key stakeholders in family businesses as well as to professionals dealing with innovativenness, knowledge transfer and creation in family businesses.  相似文献

结合绩效评价理论、动机理论、社会交换理论和社会焦虑理论,通过对535名企业研发人员的问卷调查,实证检验了不同类型的同事评价对员工知识共享的影响机理。研究发现:(1)同事正面和负面评价对研发人员知识共享分别产生显著促进和削弱作用;(2)结果和过程导向的评价对知识共享均产生促进作用,其中,过程导向的评价对显性知识共享的促进作用更显著,结果导向的评价则对推动隐性知识共享更有效;(3)结果导向的评价弱化正面评价对显性知识共享的积极作用,过程导向的评价强化负面评价对隐性知识共享的消极作用;(4)在群体关注较高时,结果评价对显性知识共享的促进作用变强,对隐性知识共享的促进作用变得不显著。  相似文献

This paper presents the results of introducing management students to Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences as a means of increasing respect for the knowledge and abilities of others, which in turn, may increase levels of trust in the ability of others, willingness to share knowledge and trust in equity of knowledge exchanges. The results indicate that most of the participants agreed that the theory raised their awareness of the knowledge of others as well as respect for the knowledge of others and trust in the abilities of others to provide knowledge, willingness of others to share knowledge and trust in an equitable exchange in knowledge sharing. However, large numbers of participants indicated that they remained unsure about the potential effects of their new knowledge on trust. Suggestions for more extensive and intensive research to test the effects of the theory and the proposed model are put forward.  相似文献

基于已有文献的研究基础,构建知识密集型企业下代际员工差异性对知识转移影响的概念模型,采用网络链接形式进行问卷调查,运用因子分析和结构化方程模型分析进行定量分析。研究结果表明:信任度和忠诚对企业代际知识转移有显著的促进作用,文化背景和知识转移动机对企业代际知识转移有显著的促进作用,而员工之间的信任度和忠诚度受员工的文化环境和企业文化的影响。为提高知识密集型企业知识传承的效率和能力、进一步促进员工代际之间的知识共享意愿提高提供理论依据和实践指导。  相似文献

IT外包是一个知识密集的过程,知识转移是影响外包绩效的关键。本文基于IT外包接包方视角,构建了以关系质量中的三个维度:信任、满意和承诺以及知识缄默性为影响因素,以接包方的知识接受意愿和吸收能力为中介变量的概念模型,研究这些因素对IT外包知识转移的交互影响。基于结构方程模型对收集来自规模较大的IT外包公司的217份有效调查问卷进行实证检验。研究发现在关系质量对IT外包知识转移的作用过程中,接包方的知识接受意愿和吸收能力起到显著的中介作用。信任、满意和承诺对接包方的知识接受意愿具有显著正向影响,信任和满意对接包方的知识吸收能力具有显著正向影响。知识缄默性对IT外包知识转移具有负向影响,关系质量中的信任和满意维度对知识缄默性与知识转移之间的路径关系具有显著调节作用。  相似文献

  随着工业5.0来临,人工智能与大数据技术迅速发展,我国技术型企业将面临激烈的竞争环境与严峻的现实挑战。知识吸收能力反映了企业识别新知识、吸收新知识并将其应用于组织目标的过程,能提高组织创新性与灵活性,也使企业更具有竞争优势。通过文献综述与理论推导,提出创新氛围、知识吸收能力与创新绩效的关系假设。采用问卷调查法在技术型企业中收集数据,运用SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析,得到研究结论:创新氛围显著正向影响知识吸收能力与创新绩效;知识吸收能力显著正向影响创新绩效;知识吸收能力在创新氛围与创新绩效之间具有部分中介效应。研究成果为技术型企业提升员工知识储备、学习能力与创新绩效提供参考。  相似文献

Numerous articles, books and essays have shown that ongoing efforts to meet customers’ needs characterize market leaders. For a firm to successfully develop customer-oriented attitudes throughout the entire organization, employees at all levels and sections need to be committed to providing a high level of service. It is therefore essential to understand what drives employees – especially those who do not interact daily with customers – to adopt a customer-oriented attitude. The aim of this study is to shed some light on one facet of this relationship, namely the mechanism of knowledge sharing that may impact employee customer orientation. The underlying notion is that technology, in its various advanced forms of CRM software, enhances and enables client “knowing.” In other words, it leads to a greater ability on the part of employees to share knowledge, which brings about real customer orientation.This paper provides empirical evidence, based on a sample of 345 Hi-Tech workers from a telecommunication company, of a link between sharing explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge to enhance customer orientation. The findings indicate that sharing tacit knowledge has a positive effect on increasing employee customer orientation and increases sharing of explicit knowledge, while also strengthening communication about customers in the organization. It is concluded that firms should encourage tacit knowledge sharing and its transformation by technology into explicit knowledge to augment employees’ customer-oriented attitudes.  相似文献

微信群已经成为人们移动在线社交最活跃的社区,从社会资本角度研究用户在 不同微信群的知识共享意愿是值得深入探讨且具有广泛影响的重要问题。本文基于社会资本 理论,将微信群分为粘结型群、维持型群和桥接型群三类,探究结构、关系和认知三个维度 的社会资本对用户在三种类型微信群知识共享意愿的影响及其差异。使用 WarpPLS 对问卷 调查获得的 244 份有效样本进行模型验证。研究结果显示在结构维度方面,网络连通性只对 用户在桥接型群的知识共享意愿有正向影响,网络亲密性只对维持型群和桥接型群的知识共 享意愿有正向影响;在关系维度方面,认同对用户在三类微信群的知识共享意愿均有正向影 响,而信任和互惠只对桥接型群的知识共享意愿有正向影响;在认知维度方面,共同语言对 用户在三类微信群的知识共享意愿均有正向影响,共同愿景只对维持型群的知识共享意愿有 正向影响。本研究对个人或组织认识人们在代表不同人际圈子的微信群中的知识共享规律, 从而高效地获取知识和创新管理具有重要的理论和现实意义。  相似文献

This paper explores the determinants of innovation in small businesses from a survey of more than 700 self-employed workers in Andalusia (Spain). Self-employed people running businesses with and without employees were included in the study and two types of innovation - product and process innovation - were differentiated.The theoretical framework adopted distinguishes between three levels of factors affecting the innovative activities of the self-employed: (1) the personal characteristics of the self-employed - such as their motivations and their educational and professional background. (2) The organization characteristics - such as the sector, the number of employees, the dependence on suppliers or clients and the management styles. (3) The characteristics of the external environment.Education appears as a key factor whose impact on innovation comes through two main sources: its effect on self-employed motivations and its influence on the management style of small businesses. Also previous experience as an employee and the comparative level of income in the area where the business is located are shown to be influential factors explaining innovation. Though firm size favors innovation, it does not play a determining role. Furthermore, results show significant differences between the factors explaining product and process innovation. The determinants for innovation in small businesses also vary substantially across sectors.  相似文献

Although previous research indicates a variety of facilitators of knowledge transfer, many firms still suffer from knowledge transfer difficulties. This study explores the relational antecedents of knowledge transfer by integrating the motivation–opportunity–ability framework with a social network approach, which emphasizes the relations among people rather than their attributes. To rigorously validate causal relations among network variables, the social networks of employees in a research and development department were surveyed twice in 6 months. A regression analysis with 76 × 76 networks using a multiple regression quadratic assignment procedure showed that opportunity and motivation were the first- and second-most influential factors for knowledge transfer, respectively. There was a marginal, but statistically significant effect for ability. The creation of a working environment in which knowledge transfer can easily take place, and motivating competent employees to transfer their knowledge, are critical to successful knowledge transfer.  相似文献

知识隐藏是组织中个体面对知识请求时的故意隐瞒行为,抑制创新并削弱组织绩效。对注重安全和风险厌恶的防御定向员工来说,控制与保留知识可以维持自身优势,动机氛围调节了防御定向对知识隐藏的影响。为了揭示知识隐藏的动机和主要影响因素,本文运用实证研究方法,提出研究假设,并通过大样本分析检验假设得出结论。研究验证了防御定向对企业中知识隐藏具有促进作用,绩效氛围能够增强防御定向对知识隐藏的影响,且弱绩效氛围和强绩效氛围起的调节效果随防御定向变化而改变。掌控氛围削弱了防御定向对知识隐藏的影响,当防御定向较低时强掌控氛围起到更大的调节作用,当防御定向较高时弱掌控氛围作用更明显。绩效氛围和掌控氛围有相互抵消的倾向,组织中同时存在两种动机氛围时,各自的作用都会减弱。  相似文献

Intergenerational supportive climate, top management support, organizational institution are seen as three types of important organizational factors for intergenerational knowledge transfer (IGKT), however, current studies are qualitative with little empirical evidence, further, the interrelations of them are little known. This paper investigates and verifies their relationships by an empirical study, especially focuses on their differential effects on younger employees’ participation in IGKT using offline versus online communication methods drawing upon social influence theory. A survey with younger doctors was conducted in the medical industry to test the research model proposed in this study. Results show that younger employees’ perceived intergenerational supportive climate (PISC) has a significant positive influence on offline IGKT, but not on online IGKT; perceived top management support (PTMS) has a significant positive influence on offline IGKT, but has a negative impact on online IGKT; perceived organizational institution support (POIS) has a significant positive influence on online IGKT, but not on offline IGKT. These findings contribute to a more comprehensive understanding about IGKT, as well as help managers be more effective to enhance younger employees’ participation in IGKT through offline/online methods, which contribute to offline and online intergenerational knowledge transfer to knowledge management.  相似文献

本研究从主体差异性的不同维度的角度, 深入分析了不同合作主体差异性对学习意愿和吸收能力对知识转移直接效应的调节作用。通过对211家参与产学研合作的企业调查数据进行统计分析,结果表明, 产学研合作主体目标差异对于学习意愿和吸收能力与知识转移之间的关系存在负向调节效应,主体合作目标差异程度越大,企业学习意愿和吸收能力对知识转移的促进作用越低;合作主体知识技术差异对吸收能力与知识转移的关系具有显著的倒U型影响,高程度的知识技术差异减弱吸收能力对知识转移的影响,而知识技术差异程度过低也将负向调节吸收能力对知识转移的影响。基于以上研究结果, 本文提出了一系列的管理启示。  相似文献
