于2006年1月至2006年12月期间测定了采自浙江灵昆岛潮滩的橄榄蚶含水量、肥满度和生化成分,分析其周年变化.结果显示:橄榄蚶含水量、肥满度和各生化成分的月间变化差异显著.含水量和肥满度的周年变化范围为74.59%-81.36%和6.92%-14.11%,橄榄蚶肥满度与含水量的周年变化呈显著的负相关;软体部干物质中蛋白质、脂肪、可溶性糖、总糖和灰分的周年变化范围分别为55.17%-66.80%、5.60%-16.81%、2.43%-6.42%、6.82%-21.20%和4.37%-12.13%,不同生理变化阶段的生化成分主要与繁殖周期有关.  相似文献

以平潭县为研究对象,通过对平潭县自然条件和社会经济分析基础上,提出平潭县人工景观生态分类并在此基础上确定农田园地景观、居民点及工矿景观生态用水量的计算方法和用水定额.结果表明,平潭县人工景观生态用水总量为0.687 1-0.720 2亿m^3,而平潭县P=75%可利用水量仅为0.467 0亿m^3,说明目前本地可供水资源量还无法满足实际需要.就此笔者提出合理用水的对策:加快立法,依法管理;加强工程建设和管理,开展节约用水;合理调整经济结构,优化配置水资源;加强水资源统一管理,改革用水管理制度;岛外引水,补充水资源不足等等.  相似文献

To improve separate effect of binary heterogeneous azeotrope in the magnetic field with different magnetic induction intensity, the influence of magnetic field on the rectification process of binary heterogeneous azeotrope was investigated with l-butanol-water system. The results show that the composition of liquid-liquid phase equilibrium of l-butanol-water system has definitely changed, the composition of l-butanol in light phase (l-butanol layer) increases by 1. 17%-1.63% and the composition of water in heavy phase (water layer) increases by 1.21%-1.58% under the influence of magnetic field. By separation of magnetization, the composition of l-butanol increases by 0.8%-1.2% and the recovery ratio of 1 -butanol increases by 1.6%-2.5%. Magnetic field has positive effect, however, the magnetized effect is not in proportion to magnetic induction intensity and has an optimum condition, in the range of 0.25 T-0. 3 T.  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the predictive performance of ‘Diprifusor‘ TCI (target-controlled infusion) system for its better application in clinical anesthesia. Methods: The predictive performance of a ‘Diprifusor‘ TCI system was investigated in 27 Chinese patients (16 males and 11 females) during upper abdominal surgery under total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) with propofol/fentanyl. Measured arterial propofol concentrations were compared with the values predicted by the TCI infusion system.Performance was determined by the median performance error (MDPE), the median absolute performance error (MDAPE), the divergence (the percentage change of the absolute PE with time), and the wobble (the median absolute deviation of each PE from the MDPE). Results: The median (range) values of 14.9% (-21.6%~42.9%) for MDPE, 23.3% (6.9%~62.5%) for MDAPE, -1.9% h^-1(-32.7%~23.0% h^-1) for divergence, and 18.9% (4.2%~59.6%) for wobble were obtained from 227 samples from all patients.For the studied population, the PE did not increase with time but with increasing target propofol concentration, particularly following induction. Conclusions: The control of depth of anaesthesia was good in all patients undergoing upper abdominal surgical operation and the predictive performance of the ‘Diprifusor‘ target controlled infusion system was considered acceptable for clinical purposes. But the relatively bigger wobble showed that the pharmacokinetic model is not so suitable and requires improvement.  相似文献

造纸黑液厌氧塘-化学混凝工艺研究结果表明,厌氧塘作为造纸黑液的初级处理,在有机负荷率为0.2~0.8kg/m2.d时,COD去除率为30~42%,木质素去除率为40~50%;塘出水后处理采用化学混凝法,在泥浆投加量为2.45g/L(提高塘出水的SS),FeCl3投加量为0.91g/L时,COD和色度的去除率分别为84%和94%,最终出水可达到造纸行业的排放标准。  相似文献

针对氨基废水的成份和特性,进行了废水静置分离、萃取、加尿素除甲醛、蒸馏脱醇等预处理试验。目的是回收废水中的可利用成份,同时降低废水中的CODcr浓度。根据试验结果,提出了在碱性条件下直接蒸馏脱醇是可行的。既可回收醇5%~7%左右,又能去除CODcr达80%以上。  相似文献

In order to reduce the microfauna leakage risk from a granular biological activated carbon (GBAC) reactor which employs granular activated carbon (GAC) as adsorption media in drinking water advanced treatment, a novel fiber and granular biological activated carbon (FGBAC) reactor which employs both GAC and activated carbon fiber (ACF) as adsorption media, was developed. The results showed that the species composition of microfauna leaking from FGBAC reactor is almost similar to that leaking from GBAC reactor, however the densities of microfauna leaking from FGBAC reactor is reduced by 26%-81% compared to those leaking from GBAC reactor. In addition, compared to GBAC reactor, FGBAC reactor can increase the removal efflciencies of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and turbidity by 7% and 10%, respectively, during the stable operation period of reactor.  相似文献

太子参以种根无性繁殖,病毒病逐年加重,闽东太子参花叶病发病面积占总栽培面积的30%-40%,大部分种植区发病率达60%-90%,平均产量损失达28.2%。经鉴定,闽东太子参花叶病病原为黄瓜花叶病毒CMV,可通过种根无性繁殖传至下一代,也可通过土壤和蚜虫传染给健株.经试验,提出了以茎尖脱毒苗为主,进行土壤消毒、切断传播途径的综合防治措施.  相似文献

An innovative internal circulation membrane bioreactor(ICMBR) treating traditional opaque beer brewery wastewater was introduced. Beer wastewater from Tianjin Huarun Brewhouse was taken as the influent. The removal efficiency of suspended solid, chemical oxygen demand, total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were studied with the changeable hard real time design method, organic loading rate and nutrition elements. The average percentage reduction in chemical oxygen demand achieved 90%. The total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were also reduced by 90% and 95%, respectively. The results indicate that the outlet of ICMBR meets the requirements of the environment landscape recycling use.  相似文献

对千山温泉水中矿物元素进行分析研究.采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对千山温泉水中钠、镁、钾、钙、铁、锌、锰、铜、硒、锗、钼、铬等12种微量元素进行检测与分析.结果表明,在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.001 25~14.66μg/g,相对标准偏差为0.18%~5.58%,回收率为93.8%~108.2%.千山温泉水中含有丰富的矿物元素,本研究为探讨千山温泉水对人体的保健作用提供科学依据.  相似文献

Genetic and environmental origins of individual differences in masculine and feminine personality attributes were investigated in a sample of 38 monozygotic and 32 dizygotic twin pairs (total N = 140) during pre- and early adolescence. Self-report measures of both masculine and feminine characteristics were obtained for each child using 2 standardized instruments: the Children's Personality Attributes Questionnaire (CPAQ) and the Adolescent Self-Perception Inventory (ASPI). Multivariate biometrical analyses revealed significant genetic influences in all measures, accounting for 20%-48% of the observed variation in each. Environmental influences, which explained the remaining 52%-80% of variance in masculinity and femininity, were apparently specific to each individual and not shared by members of the same twin pair. The results underscore the importance of considering both genetic and environmental factors in gender-role development, particularly in studies of family resemblance.  相似文献

该实验以生物絮凝剂为水处理材料,以松花江的水源水为被处理对象,将生物絮凝剂应用到动态流混凝沉淀试验.通过絮凝率验证絮凝剂应用于松花江水的处理效果,絮凝率达到85%,以及生物絮凝剂对浊度和色度有良好的去除效果,分别达到87%和70%,并且UV254去除率达到32%.同时,对松花江的水源水和絮凝后的沉降水进行色谱-质谱联机分析(GC/MS),比较其中有机物的变化,结果显示,松花江原水中含有邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和硝基苯等优先控制污染物被生物絮凝剂有效去除.  相似文献

以异丙醇为柱前衍生试剂,建立了反相高效液相色谱法间接测定2-乙酰氧基异丁酰溴的新方法。实验结果表明,在流动相:异丙醇-水(60:40),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:234 nm的条件下,定量校正曲线具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为O.9996。方法用于样品中标题物质(C6H9BrO3)的测定,RSD=O.41%(n=6),加标回收率为99~110%。  相似文献

采用实验室规模的序批式活性污泥曝气反应器(SBR)工艺处理模拟的印染废水.通过实验分析了不同曝气时间、进水浓度、静沉时间与SBR处理效果之间的关系,确定了SBR法处理中低浓度的印染废水的最佳运行参数.实验结果表明,在SBR的曝气时间为8h,沉淀时间为1h的条件下,且废水进水pH值为7.5~8.6,COD—cr为8901080mg/L、氨氮为13~20mg/L、色度为350倍左右时,该工艺对CODcr、氨氮、色度等均有很好的去除效果,经处理的印染废水COD、氨氮、色度去除率分别为50%~70%、40%~67%、20%.该法具有投资少、运行费用低、操作简单的特点.  相似文献

借助"景观基因"理念,可通过标志性建筑、民居特征、布局形态、主体性公共建筑、聚落装饰、参考性环境因子等六个识别性要素对徽州传统聚落景观特征进行识别,进而构建徽州民居景观基因要素识别系统。牌坊、宗祠、水口园林是构成徽州区域传统聚落景观的主体基因,功能地位最突出;马头墙、天井可作为其附着基因和徽派民居景观的主体基因,较前者功能地位居次;它们共同构成了徽州传统聚落景观的内在特质及其外在特征的形成机理,是徽州文化的主要载体。  相似文献
