摘要：在网球的基本技术中,正手被视为发球后最重要的一项技术,本研究主要运用文献资料、测量等研究方法针对国内12名男子网球选手正手击球技术的特征展开研究,重点了解与击球技术动作相关的关节角度,线速度和角速度等运动学特征,旨在揭示不同水平选手技术动作的差异,并进一步认识影响正手击球速度的核心要素。结果表明与一般水平选手相比,优秀选手在正手击球瞬间表现出更快的拍头水平速度和更快的肩部水平速度,但在躯干转动的角速度上却不存在显著性差异。在不考虑组别的情况下,击球时过程中选手的肩、髋、球拍的转动角差异很大,说明考虑标准化的技术动作并没有实际意义。 相似文献

正手击球是网球重要的技术之一,目前对于网球技术动作的研究主要集中发球方面,而对正手击球研究较少。利用表面肌电技术对北京体育大学6名优秀网球运动员正手击球动作进行测试,研究结果发现:1.正手击球动作最先发力的肌肉是斜方肌、胫骨前肌和腓肠肌三块肌肉,三角肌前部、腓肠肌、胫骨前肌和斜方肌用力时间比其他肌肉长;2.主要用力肌肉是肱二头肌、斜方肌、三角肌前部、肱桡肌以及胸大肌;3.研究结果表明表面肌电测试分析技术可以用于诊断网球击球动作合理性。 相似文献

为了解决网球正手技术选用对比赛结果的影响,以2010年澳网男单决赛中多项正手技术选用为例,对选手的正手击球稳定性与攻击力、正手主动变线率、正手随球上网技术和正手侧身反斜线技术对比赛成绩的影响进行差异分析,结果显示以上正手击球技术的合理运用会对比赛结果产生正面影响,并据此得出结论：正手击球稳定性对比赛胜负的影响大于正手变线稳定性;高水平选手在正手击球落点与线路变化的选择上存在趋同倾向;片面追求随球上网次数导致随球上网成功率下降;正手侧身反斜线技术对比赛胜负影响巨大。 相似文献

目的:为研究网球运动不同击球技术的摄氧量和心率变化特点,为网球运动的发展、运动训练及其能量消耗的评估提供理论依据.方法:利用间接测热仪器(cosmedK4b2)对21名受试者分别在低球速(30 km/h)、高球速(60 km/h)各进行一次时常2分钟的原地正手击球、原地反手击球、侧向移动正手击球、侧向移动反手击球、上前正手击球(只在低速进行)、上前反手击球(只在低速进行)、侧向移动正反手交替击球,对其VO2和心率进行监测.结果:结果显示VO2值在25.8-37.4 mL·kg-1·min-1之间,HR在83.6-157.2次/min之间;结论:在没有移动和向侧移动时,正手击球的VO2明显低于反手击球;侧向移动击球的VO2明显高于向前移动击球和侧向移动正反手交替击球;高球速下击球比低球速下击球的VO2更高. 相似文献
