针对厨余垃圾车提桶机构的工作特点,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS分别建立提桶机构机械和液压子模型。并在ADAMS/View环境中将两个子模型通过插件接口集成为一体,建立厨余垃圾车提桶机构液压与机械一体化的虚拟样机模型。为使模型符合实际的动力学响应,将提桶机构滚轮与滑轨之间定义为非线性弹簧-阻尼碰撞接触力约束,并利用力函数模拟垃圾桶倾倒过程的质量变化。通过分析得到,机械和液压联合动态仿真能够真实地模拟提桶机构在提升垃圾桶倾倒和倾倒后垃圾桶回位两种工况下油缸作用力和提升臂作用力等的动态变化规律,从而为厨余垃圾车提桶机构动态分析提供了一种有效的研究方法。  相似文献

基于WN弧齿轮传动特征建立了多自由度切.径.轴及系统误差耦合振动动力学模分析型。利用PROE建立齿轮三维实体模型,通过PROE软件和Ansys软件数据接口将WN弧齿轮三维模型导入Ansys软件中进行了3维冲击动力接触模拟分析,利用施加载荷进行了WN弧齿轮的应力分析,仿真出WN齿轮齿面接触的等效应力云图。在ANSYS/LS.DYNA中构建了齿轮钢柔性体动态接触模型,以用于齿轮转动的动态分析,结果表明WN弧齿轮的切向与轴向方向的振动明显大于径向的振动。  相似文献

理论分析发动机转矩波动产生机理,通过有限元分析得到离散化曲轴模型,建立了滑动轴承动态接触数学模型;协同各子部件间动力学关系,考虑燃气压力、变惯性力等激励载荷,在ADAMS中建立发动机曲轴连杆机构多体动力学模型,仿真计算发动机不同稳态工况下动态转矩,研究曲轴弹性、滑动轴承弹性支承、输出转速等对发动机输出动态转矩的影响。通过试验对比和简谐分析,表明了仿真方法的可行性和准确性,为车辆动力传动系统的扭振分析提供激励条件。  相似文献

对基于ADAMS的含间隙转动铰虚拟样机建模方法进行研究.利用无质量圆弧间的接触约束建立等效含间隙转动铰,采用Hertz弹性接触理论建立碰撞力模型,采用三次多项式近似的阶跃函数建立粘性阻尼模型,采用基于速度的阶跃函数建立摩擦力模型.通过一合多间隙转动铰曲柄摇杆机构的动力学仿真算例,分析不同连接处的含间隙转动铰元素之间的相对运动关系,并对三类常见运动副间隙模型的适用性进行了讨论.结果显示利用ADAMS进行动力学仿真是研究含多间隙转动铰机构的一种有效方法.  相似文献

以自主设计的某型号飞机发动机拆装车为研究对象,分析其在各种工况下的刚度和强度能否满足设计要求。建立发动机拆装车的有限元模型,运用HyperMesh软件中的RADIOSS求解器,对发动机拆装车各种工况下的极限位置处的最大载荷进行校核。研究结果表明:飞机发动机拆装车在各种工况下的最大应力为185.5MPa,各工况下最大应力位置为拆装车升降机构承载侧的支撑板位置;拆装车最大位移量约为14mm,拆装车承载侧的端部为最大位移处位置,且发动机拆装车的最大应力值和最大位移量均小于材料的许用值。  相似文献

齿轮传动作为一种常见的机械传动形式,实现了两轴之间运动的传递和方向的改变。其具有传动比高、工作稳定、传动效率高等特点。使用KISSSOFT软件建立直齿圆柱齿轮的三维模型,并完成了精确装配。在ANSYS workbench中,考虑需要分析齿轮传动时开始阶段的传动力学性能,通过新建静力学分析项目,完成直齿圆柱齿轮传动的接触分析。有限元求解结果输出参与啮合齿面的应力、应变云图、接触压力及其对应的最大值。与按照赫兹接触理论计算得到的小齿轮的齿面应力进行对比,数据显示有限元分析结果可靠,综合分析得到的求解结果具有一定参考价值。  相似文献

以某电动汽车行星齿轮变速器为例开展振动特性研究,运用多体动力学方法建立变速器系统动力学模型,从内部激励的角度分析行星级齿轮副的振动状态;运用正交试验的方法确定了齿轮微观修形最佳方案;通过优化对比可知,修形后的齿轮改善了轮齿的啮合状态,明显降低了系统的声振响应,为变速器振动、噪声与声振粗糙度(NVH)优化设计提供借鉴。  相似文献

Based on the theory of gearing and the gear generating mechanism, this study investigates the contact characteristics of conical involute gear pairs with crossed axes. The meshing model with a reference rack as intermedium is established and tooth contact analysis (TCA) is performed to examine the meshing and bearing contact of the conical involute gear pairs composed of a pinion and a gear. Using the contact line of reference rack tooth surface, the path of contact is confirmed, and the calculation formula of principal direction, relative curvature, path of contact and ellipse of contact are derived. Finally, numerical examples are provided to demonstrate computational results and test gears are made for tooth-bearing tests. The conclusion verifies that the theory is applicable.  相似文献

In this paper, based on the principle of heat transfer and thermal elastic-plastic theory, the heat treatment process optimization scheme for face gears is proposed according to the structural characteristics of the face gear and material properties of 12Cr2Ni4 steel. To simulate the effect of carburizing and quenching process on tooth deformation and residual stress distribution, a heat treatment analysis model of face gears is established, and the microstructure, stress and deformation of face gear teeth changing with time are analyzed. The simulation results show that face gear tooth hardness increases, tooth surface residual compressive stress increases and tooth deformation decreases after heat treatment process optimization. It is beneficial to improving the fatigue strength and performance of face gears.  相似文献

针对线切割加工的特点,讨论了微小齿轮的设计和主要参数的确定,舍弃了普通齿轮设计方法中对参数的一些限制条件,使微小齿轮的设计更加灵活.基于齿轮啮合理论,研究了渐开线微小齿轮轮廓的生成算法.分析了齿轮啮合中的齿廓干涉现象,设计了齿轮啮合过程仿真算法.基于ACIS几何平台,开发了面向线切割的微小齿轮设计和啮合仿真软件,实现了微小齿轮的造型,并可进行啮合过程仿真和干涉检验.最后通过一对微小齿轮的设计制造实验,验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献

从齿轮时变啮合刚度出发,建立了单级2K-H渐开线行星齿轮传动的集中质量参数型振动模型,以行星架作为参考坐标,将齿轮啮合的刚度近似成时变分段线性的弹簧刚度,采用模态叠加的原理,通过系统在刚度变化时的速度以及位移的连续性条件,在时域范围内模拟系统的振动过程。分析了不同齿数齿轮对啮合力的影响,最后得出:在2K-H渐开线行星齿轮传动中,若太阳轮与内齿圈均为行星轮个数的整数倍时,行星轮的均载效果好;太阳轮与内齿圈的齿数不为行星轮个数的整数倍时,行星轮之间出现偏载;系统有数个与初始刚度相关的稳定点的结论。  相似文献

The stress and the elastic deflection of internal ring gear in high-speed spur planetary gear units are investigated. A rim thickness parameter is defined as the flexibility of internal ring gear. Six evenly spaced linear springs are used to describe the fitting status between internal ring gear and the gearcase, The finite element model of the whole internal ring gear is established by means of Pro/E and ANSYS. The loads on meshing teeth of internal ring gear are applied according to the contact ratio and the load-sharing coefficient. With the finite element analysis (FEA), the influences of flexibility and fitting status on the stress and elastic deflection of internal ring gear are predicted. The simulation reveals that the principal stress and deflection increase with the decrease of rim thickness of internal ring gear. Moreover, larger spring stiffness helps to reduce the stress and deflection of internal ring gear. Therefore, the flexibility of internal ring gear must be considered during the design of high-speed planetary gear transmissions.  相似文献

A dynamic finite element method combined with finite element mixed formula for contact problem is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of gear system. Considering the stiffness excitation, error excitation and meshing shock excitation, the dynamic finite element model is established for the entire gear system which includes gears, shafts, bearings and gearbox housing. By the software of I-DEAS, the natural frequency, normal mode, dynamic time-domain response, frequency-domain response and one-third octave velocity grade structure borne noise of gear system are studied by the method of theoretical modal analysis and dynamic response analysis. The maximum values of vibration and structure borne noise are occurred at the mesh frequency of output grade gearing.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a method for the global optimization of the tooth contact pattern and transmission error of spiral bevel and hypoid gears, which includes three optimization objectives, three control parameters, and a complex-constrain genetic algorithm solving method. A new set of fundamental equations for pitch cone parameters of hypoid gear drives are established, as well as the relationships between pitch cone and curvature parameters. Based on this theory, three control parameters are selected to determine the pinion tooth surface. A hypoid gear drive is chosen for case studies. The results verify that the optimization methodology can achieve the expected optimization objectives and has good convergence. Correlations between optimization objectives and control parameters are discussed. Furthermore, a finite element model of a simplified hypoid gear drive system is established and its quasi-static meshing characteristics analyzed. The results again confirm the correctness of the optimization method. The effects of torque load on the contact pattern and transmission error are discussed. The results provide a theoretical reference for geometric calculations, quasi-static analysis, and optimal design of spiral bevel and hypoid gears.  相似文献
