本文描述了竞争情报与知识管理的内涵及异同点,进而探讨基于知识管理的竞争情报过程,阐明了知识管理对竞争情报的影响,强调必须把竞争情报与知识管理融合起来,才能提高组织决策的效率。在竞争情报过程的基础上,构架了基于竞争情报系统、知识管理系统和信息系统三者为一体的企业决策过程结构模型,并提出企业应建立企业情报知识库,强调只有重视对企业情报知识库的建设,才能真正确立起企业的竞争优势。Abstract： This paper describes the concepts of competitive intelligence and knowledge management as well as their similarities and differences.The paper further discusses the competitive intelligence process based on knowledge management,clarifies the influence of knowledge management on competitive intelligence,and emphasizes that only by integrating competitive intelligence with knowledge management can the decision-making efficiency of the organization be improved.Based on the competitive intelligence process,the paper constructs a structural model of enterprise decision-making process,which integrates the competitive intelligence system,the knowledge management system and the information system into one.The paper proposes that the enterprise should establish the intelligence and knowledge base,and emphasizes that only by attaching importance to the construction of the enterprise intelligence and knowledge base can the competitive advantage of the enterprise be really established. 相似文献

信息生命周期管理作为一种信息分级存储策略,可以优化存储、降低成本。本文针对当前个性化信息服务中的信息资源建设问题进行剖析,提出了基于信息生命周期管理的个性化信息资源建设模型,以实现信息资源的分级存储和分级服务,解决用户需求变化时没有价值的信息仍占用存储介质的问题以及资源信息存储的无序性等问题。最后,对模型实现存在的问题进行了分析和总结。Abstract： Information lifecycle management,as a strategy for information hierarchical storage,can optimize storage and reduce cost. This paper analyzes the problem of information resources construction in the present personalized information service,and then proposes a model of personalized information resources construction based on information lifecycle management,which can fulfill the hierarchical storage and hierarchical service of information resources,and solve the problem of storage media taken up by the information with no value as the user demand changes,and the problem of out-of-sequence storage of information resources. 基于新图书馆和老图书馆文献通借通还的混合流通管理模式,考虑到减少成本开支和开发复杂度,设计了既能与老文献管理系统兼容,又能与老文献管理系统并存并用的无线射频识别（RFID）图书馆智能管理系统。该系统充分利用原图书馆文献信息管理系统中的中央数据库,通过中间件使RFID图书馆智能管理系统与图书馆老文献信息管理系统无缝对接,既体现了RFID图书馆智能管理系统的技术优势,又实现了新馆和老馆之间文献通借通还的管理目标。Abstract： Based on the mixed circulation management model of the new library and the old library where the documents can be borrowed and returned freely,and considering the reduction of cost and development complexity,this paper designs a Radio Frequency Identification （RFID） intelligent library management system,which is not only compatible with the old document management system,but can also exist and work together with it.The system makes full use of the central database of the original library document information management system,and by the use of the mediators,is integrated with the old library document information management system seamlessly,which not only embodies the technical advantages of the RFID intelligent library management system,but also realizes the management aim of borrowing and returning documents between the new and old libraries. 相似文献
