液相催化氧化法制备邻羟基苯甲醛 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
在醋酸钴、醋酸铜复合催化剂作用下，用纯氧液相催化氧化邻甲酚制备邻羟基苯甲醛的过程中，通过反复对比试验得出最佳反应条件为：甲醇：邻甲酚=15：1(摩尔比)，催化剂为邻甲酚质量的1％，搅拌速度500dmin，反应时间10小时，反应温度为80℃，反应压力6kg／cm^2，氢氧化钠：邻甲酚=3．5：1(摩尔比)，收率接近80％。产品纯度可达99．5％，邻甲酚的转化率和选择性都可以达到85％以上。 相似文献

以固体超强酸为催化剂，用苯甲酸和异戊醇两种原料，直接酯化合成苯甲酸异戊酯．首先制备固体超强酸SO4^2-／TiO2，然后以此为催化剂进行酯化反应．反映过程中，考察了反应温度，原料配比，催化剂用量，反应时间等酯化反应的影响，由此确定最佳合成工艺条件：反应温度170℃，反应时间3h，异戊醇和苯甲酸摩尔比4：1，催化剂用量2％（以体系总质量计算）．由此条件下，其中苯甲酸异戊酯的收率达87．50％． 相似文献

本文以KOH／Al1O3为催化剂，研究了正己醛和苯甲醛交叉缩合a-丁基肉桂醛的反应，重点考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应原料摩尔配比(己醛／苯甲醛)、溶剂用量、催化剂用量、催化剂负载量诸因素对目标产物α-丁基肉桂醛产率的影响，确定了制备α-丁基肉桂醛的优化反应条件：温度70℃、时间1．5h、己醛／苯甲醛10mmol／12mmol、溶剂苯乙醇5ml、催化剂KOH／Al2O3 0．84g、催化剂负载量11．9mmol／g，得己醛的转化率为100％，α-丁基肉桂醛的选择性为83．24％，即α-丁基肉桂醛的收率为83．24％。 相似文献

将SO4^2-／TiO2负载镧制备了新型催化剂SO4^2-／La2O3-TiO2以癸二酸和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明：La^3＋浸渍浓度为0．07mol／L,经110℃烘干后于500℃焙烧3h所得催化剂活性最好。采用正交实验法对影响酯化反应的因素进行考察,最佳实验条件为n（醇）：n（酸）=4：1,反应时间3h,催化剂用量1．5％（总物料）,酯化率可达96．5％。且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。 相似文献
