采用分光光度法对常见谷物铬的含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明,不同品种早稻糙米含铬量不同,最高含量与最低含量间相差7倍多。早稻糙米的平均含铬量是80μg/kg,高于商品稻米(30μg/kg)和面粉的平均含铬量(28μg/kg),低于小麦(130μg/kg)和玉米(120μg/kg)的含铬量。谷物铬的含量因品种、产地及加工方式的不同而不同。  相似文献

目的:研究不同品种糙米在低氧胁迫条件下发芽γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量及各生理指标的变化。方法:以糙米作为研究对象,分析低氧胁迫对7种糙米发芽后GABA、还原糖、可溶性蛋白含量、呼吸强度、千粒重和谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活力的变化的影响。结果:不同品种发芽糙米在低氧胁迫3 d时的GABA含量存在明显差异,最高达329.15 mg/100 g,最低为191.43 mg/100 g,平均含量为235.64 mg/100g,是未发芽糙米的8.12倍。结论:低氧胁迫条件下发芽糙米中GABA含量与呼吸强度、可溶性蛋白含量、还原糖含量、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活力均呈极显著正相关(P0.01),与千粒重呈显著负相关(P0.05),3号(f两优6876)品种可作为富集GABA的良好原料。  相似文献

本文以大豆(Glycine max)品种"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"为研究材料,通过盆栽实验进行土壤锌、铬复合污染模拟,探讨不同浓度矮壮素浸种和喷施处理(0、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.50、2.00g/L)对大豆土壤有效态重金属含量的影响.结果表明,在鼓粒期,矮壮素喷施和浸种降低了"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"根际土有效态锌含量,但与对照相比降低程度未达到显著水平;与对照组相比,浸种浓度0.50g/L处理使"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"根际土有效态铬含量极显著降低(P<0.01),喷施浓度为2.00g/L时韩国豆根际有效铬含量也极显著降低(P<0.05).  相似文献

采用室内模拟添加生物酗定法初步研究了冀东地区花生、大豆、水稻、玉米等作物及其品种对苯磺隆的敏感性。结果表明,所有供试作物及其品种对苯磺隆均存在一定的敏感性,其中花生、大豆双子叶植物对苯磺隆最为敏感,平均ED10值分别为0.0143μg/kg,0.0181μg/kg;水稻对其耐性较强,平均ED10值为0.0684μg/kg;玉米对苯磺隆残留的耐药性最强,主根长没有受到残留的抑制作用,但侧根受到了一定的影响。同一作物的不同品种对苯磺隆的残留敏感性也有较大的差异。  相似文献

研究了室温、缓冲液两种pH值、显色时间、显色剂量对食品中铝测定的铬天青-S显色的影响;铝含量和吸光度之间的线性关系.结果显示:室温从21℃升高到33℃,吸光度相应增加;pH5.7缓冲液较pH5.5的吸光度轻微增加;加入铬天青-S20分钟后至45分钟内显色稳定;将显色剂量减半后吸光度稍微降低,显色效果改善;铝含量在0.5-6μg/ml范围内与吸光度之间线性关系良好;铝含量增至8μg/ml时失去线性关系;方法的重复性较好.  相似文献

通过对安徽省不同母质上发育的水稻土的采样分析,研究了水稻土中镁含量及其与土壤性质的关系。结果表明:(1)供试水稻土全镁含量在1.86 g/kg~5.40 g/kg之间,平均为3.11g/kg,低于我国南方农田土壤平均水平;交换性镁含量在36 mg/kg~550 mg/kg之间,平均为284 mg/kg,镁供应能力较强;酸溶性镁含量在0.68 g/kg~3.69 g/kg之间,平均为2.04 g/kg。(2)水稻土全镁、酸溶性镁含量以淮河冲积母质和长江冲积母质较高,以冰碛物和山河冲积物较低;交换性镁含量以花岗岩和淮河冲积母质较高,以山河冲积物较低。(3)水稻土pH值、粘粒、速效钾是影响土壤镁含量的主要因素,与全镁、酸溶性镁和交换性镁呈显著或极显著线性正相关关系。(4)供试水稻土中交换性镁、酸溶性镁及全镁与水稻植株镁含量呈极显著或显著线性正相关关系,表现出较高的生物有效性。  相似文献

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models.
